Easy Transaction, Great Service
New, clean store. Car was priced fairly and there was no pressure. Happy with the service and would buy another car from them in the future.
They can't figure out financing
Stay away from this dealership. I did my research online for the car I wanted. They set up an appointment to meet with me (by Mike Mirza, who is apparently related to the owner, mind you), but then they missed the appointment because the hours had changed (but no one thought to tell a potential customer this with an existing appointment?). But I really wanted to test drive this car, so I waited an hour until they opened. I ultimately decided to buy the car on June 21 (a Sunday). The buying experience was relatively easy (the car sold itself and I went there knowing exactly what I wanted) and the trade-in (I already had a Nissan financed through Nissan) payoff should also have been seamless. However, it's now July 4 and THEY STILL HAVE NOT PAID OFF MY OLD CAR and my due date for my payment has passed. So now I have to make a payment on a car I no longer own so that it doesn't negatively impact my credit. They blame it on COVID, but there is no excuse for why it takes over two weeks to pay off a car that is already financed by Nissan. So now I will pay and then have to wait God only knows how long for reimbursement for the car payment on my old car. They have been disrespectful of me, my time, and my money. I love the car, because I love Nissans, but I will NEVER buy another car from this dealership and I encourage you not to either.
Customer Service needs some work
I spoke to several customer service representatives and each of them failed to respond and continue helping me after I started asking for more details about the cars. It seems as if once I got interested, they got uninterested. For a new dealership in Carson, I was hoping for more.
