Ive been dealing with dealerships and a bunch of "leasing companies" all my life and I had a dear friend suggest Boris Shulman to me. Never in my life have I been treated with such respect and patience, even from my own family! Any question I would ask him, he would have a response immediately and he was available any time of the day. I asked for several cars and he explained all the differences between each as if he build the cars himself. He never tried to persuade me into anything particular but did help me narrow down to one car at my own pace. He made the entire process so easy, I hardly lifted a finger. From submitting my application to even after delivery, it felt like a once in a life time experience. I didn't need to speak to a million nasty people at dealerships, Boris was the guy for everything. Once I submitted my application to the bank, my score was around 600, I got a call from him shortly that he needs some time to work with them to get me the best rate possible. Within an hour he calls again and told me I was approved at the top rate, the price was by far better then all the places I called. The car was delivered at 7am the next morning so I can enjoy it on my way to work! The delivery guy was very nice and showed me how to use every single feature. On top of all this, Boris has an in-house insurance department that lowered my monthly payment by almost $80 a month! I will be a lifetime customer and refer every person I possibly can to him. If only I had a Boris Shulman for everything in my life. Thank you again and to all the amazing employees at Signature Auto Group!
