Frustrated Mom

The service manager and the checkout associate were unprofessional. The service manager Kelli does not respect the customer or their vehicles. There have been nothing but issues since buying my car 6 months ago from this dealership. They are not easy to deal with.

Hello. It is disappointing to hear that your visit was less than stellar. We appreciate your feedback and understand your concern. We understand how frustrating it can be when the technicians are unable to duplicate your concern during the visit after multiple attempts of trying to do so. We would be more than happy to honor your requests of not changing the position of things in your vehicle if we are made aware of your preference before we begin working. At times we must change the position of the rearview mirror or the seat for the safety of our technicians and the surrounding areas for optimal viewing. Again, we appreciate your feedback. Customer Service Training Recommended

Easily one of the top worst customer service experiences I've ever had. There was a recall where we we were required to pay half for a instrument panel that was cracked more after installation of a Takata airbag. No problem with payment, as we were aware of a small crack prior to installation. My husband questioned the service department manager regarding what there plans were to fix the windshield. She stated that this happens sometimes when correcting the problem. He said yes, but the crack is huge compared to prior. She said "you're yelling at me!" Which was 100% not true. I called back, and she was saying how we would "have to pay this or that amount." First of all, a customer never should be told that "have" to do anything. I tried to smooth over this transaction so I could move on, and never, ever look back. I read the invoice later, and it stated the following:" Customer extremely upset and requested help from GM." Was he ever allowed to speak to the GM regarding this issue? No. I am so glad that I will not ever be going back to this dealership for anything. Good customer service entails more than just telling people what they must pay for a service or what they "have to do." Customers have the right to question anything they don't deem fair or reasonable. The experiences over the years with Sunbelt Ford, have all been pleasant and satisfactory. They would definitely be my 1st choice if I have to utilize a dealership for services for my Chevy Tahoe or if I decide to purchase a new vehicle in the future.

Damage to truck before and after sale

Bought a 2018 Chevrolet Silverado 2500hd high country duramax that had damage to the transmission cooler before I bought it. Salesman assured me that if I bought it they would take care of it. After sale they refused to replace it. They also damaged the bed rail on my truck while installing a bed cover and refused to replace it. DON'T BELIEVE ANYTHING THIS DEALER SAYS. GM WAS NO HELP EITHER. NO MORE GM PRODUCTS FOR ME BECAUSE OF THIS SORRY DEALERSHIP.
