Was told I needed new battery- however, the current battery was a new bought in December. It tested fine when tested somewhere else. Do not appreciate the lack of honest work there.

I asked for a quote to get the thermostat on my 2020 Canyon replaced and they charged me $250 to tell me my thermostat needed replaced . They also scheduled me on a Saturday and the scheduler said they could diagnose the issues and when I dropped it off they stated they weren’t sure if they had someone to do that work on Saturday. All of this after the first time I came in, dropped my truck off in the morning, did not hear back from them, so I had to call them for them to tell me they transitioned to a new system and didn’t get to my truck that day. They did nothing to address my wasted time and inconvenience.

My son bought a vehicle just over 18 months ago. Six months later he spent over $2,000 in repairs. And, just this month the vehicle quit running and needs a new engine. No compensation or support. Our family will not be supporting their family.
