Overall sales person was very friendly and helpful. I was purchasing a certified vehicle. There were somethings that weren't communicated. For example, I was only made known that there was only one key fob available and that certain accessories of vehicle weren't available despite sticker having it, as that's how they recorded it during trade in. Additionally, the finance and sales team weren't fully communicating as well.

I was very happy with my experience buying my current vehicle here. I feel like Gregg worked hard for my business, as did the used car manager and finance manager. I was pleasantly surprised at how flexible they were on the price of the Honda Acccord I purchased and on the value of my trade-in.
