Friendly and professional Brian did everything he could to help me get approved. However the speakers were blown out in the car and they said they don't replace them it's a buy as is dealer ship so just make sure to check everything before you buy it

If I can leave 0 stars I would! This place is an absolute SCAM! We just bought 2022 GMC DANALI XL, costing well over $47k after taxes from their dealership, that was “RUNNING PERFECT, WITH NO ISSUES” only for problems to start after 2 weeks of having the vehicle! I barely drove the truck (I’m a stay at home pregnant mom)- the first week shopping for car insurance, and the second week I had an OB appointment, (I drove the car 2 times total, bringing the truck home counted as one of them)! We had and occasion to attend and I took a 1 1/2 hr road trip to a cousins wedding, 40 min into our trip a weird notification came up (mind you I’m driving on the highway) stating that the truck could NO LONGER SHIFT and was STUCK ON N, despite my efforts of getting it back to D- By the grace and mercy of God, traffic had slowed down due to a traffic jam ahead and I was able to pull over safely to try to figure out WTH was going on! I WAS PETRIFIED! The only way to resolve the matter was to shut the truck off completely and restart! Luckily it didn’t happen again on our way there, nor on our way back!! Mind you I had all my children with me! Afterwards, we used the truck for minor shopping trips to the grocery store and Dr’s appointments for my children, only for a random leak to occur! I honestly thought it was an OIL LEAK! A few days later the truck wouldn’t even start! We had to JUMP IT, NOTHING WAS LEFT ON FOR THE BATTERY TO DRIAN! My husband took the truck in to be inspected for them to let him know that it’s the TRANSMISSION COOLING LINE and ENGIN COOLING LINE that needs to be replaced and the TRUCKS BATTERY needs to be replaced due to “SLOW CRANKING” whatever that means! HOW THE F is this a “PERFECTLY RUNNING VEHICLE with NO ISSUES” as they claimed! I’m OUTRAGED! They said that they CAN’T DO ANYTHING for us and that we just have to PAY THE $3,592.40 (price not including labor costs) to FIX THE ISSUES that we didn’t cause to our vehicle!

Logan worked hard to sell us the truck of my dreams. Being out of state you have a lot of confidence in your sales rep and Logan was it! He was persistent even when I said "no deal". Well we are so happy with this truck. It will serve me well in retirement.
