I was lied to. I was told after they pulled my credit I qualified for 3.99 financing. After I looked at my contract the fine manager put it at 6.79. Also I was told I would get 22k for my used car the finance jerk put down 21k. This is bait and switch and I am doing everything to deal with these scammers

Our salesman Shawne was just amazing with excellent customer service skills. I bet he could run the place. Nick in finance was truly helpful, personable and funny. Perry in finance was very thorough and let me question anything that I needed to and fixed any concerns and help me choose the right plan for tires and any scrapes I might get on the rims. Even though it was a very long day for several different reasons, which is no fault of the dealership, the end of the day was very delightful and even fun. Perry, Shawne and Nick, I would definitely give them my business again. We got the car we wanted at a price or almost the price we wanted and felt very lucky for the managers deal. You cannot say that they didn’t do everything humanly possible to make me happy and I put them through their paces. I never once felt pressured, which is the main thing I hate about dealerships. They have a great team going there and I would highly recommend other people to check out the new owners because it’s so different there at Wesley Chapel Kia. We love our Telluride!

When I walked in I was greeted with a smile and when I sat down and started working the numbers with him he was very informative and down the earth. Didn’t give me the run around and was blatantly truthful about the numbers and what he was gonna do for me. He was able to get me a brand New Kia for less than 500 a month. If you want a place that’s gonna work with you and give you there best. I’d go to KIA of Wesley Chapel!!
