Worst service ever! I was given the wrong information plus overcharged and at the end my vehicle no even got the original parts! Horrible! I never going back to that place!

Ed is 100% all about the customer
I had been shopping around from Pinellas county through Hillsborough. So, glad my final stop was with Fucillo Kia and Ed Sandoval. Ed exhibits 100% customer service. Excelllent customer service
I drove 3 hours to the Wesley Chapel dealership and I was so sure I would never be approved for new vehicle. But to my amazement Jesse (which is the best sales agent I've dealt with) was able to work out a deal for me that was reasonable and fare. I was greeted by the most sincere of salesmen and escorted into the office.

I researched several makes and models before I decided to purchase a Kia Soul. I then went to several different Kia dealerships, and hands down, Fucillo Kia had the best deal. All the staff I encountered were friendly and helpful. Ed Sandoval helped me find the right car for my budget. He was helpful, knowledgeable, patient and understood my budget and did not try to push me into a car I couldn't afford, which has been my experience in the past with other automotive dealerships. I dread car shopping, but the staff at Fucillo Kia made it an easy and pleasant experience! Thank you again, and you have made me a loyal customer!
