Surprisingly amazed

I went in for a better car, more comfortable car, maybe a mini van.... but when Juan helped me, he made me feel like if I was home and helped me like if he knew me for life... over all I felt very comfortable talking about what I needed in a car I never felt clueless... but one thing I never thought I would buy was a Kia Soul I was always the person to say “I will never buy that car” but he showed me it, we test drove it and explain so much about it that it was inevitable to fall in love with the car. I love my new 2020 Kia Soul and he found the color I wanted... he made this possible, I feel that if it wasn’t for him I wouldn’t have walked away with my amazing 2020 Kia Soul... thank you Juan...

Met Mr Ficllla

I’ve purchased. This is my 7th car purchased at this dealership. Must like it or I wouldn’t keep coming back. Sean Wilson has been my salesman for I think 5 of the purchases. The GM and Tim worked hard getting me financed for my new K900. I would highly recommend dealership to others

Awesome

I will always come back here and refer my friends and family here. The staff is always so sweet and nice. Luis is hands down my favorite person here. He helped with my first kia and now has helped with my 2nd kia. Sean my sales rep was wonderful and kind, always kept me updated. Five out five.

Joyful Soul

I came this morning and the team received us with a warm welcome. The whole team when the extra mile to help us with the finance processing and leaving the store with a brand new 2020 Kia Soul. First Time purchasing a KIA

We first met Nelson when we parked our car. He inquired as to the type of model we were looking for, after greeting us. He made sure we were comfortable and pointed us to the direction of coffee and donuts. After we were seated he began inquiring again as to the model we were looking for and we told him the KIA Sorrento.

Great Experience

I had a great experience here at the Fuccillo Kia Wesley Chapel, from the first entrance all the way to the end, the sales team, Nelson, Savir and the manager Starlin, treated me as a friend and recommended me what it was best for me. I bought a lease of a Kia Sorento 2019 and it was definitely a really good deal and the best car. I’m so in love with my new KIA and all the features that my car has. 100% recommend this place.

Good Car Buying Experience

Came to test drive the Kia Forte LX-S to possibly buy for my college son. Willian greeted us warmly. Got in car for test drive right away. Car features explained and demonstrated. Negotiation was in terms of out the door price. Paperwork was easy to read and not as confusing as other places. Very smooth buying experience for this single mom. Thank you!
