Great customer service

The process was quick. The customer service was great. We worked with Luis. I thought that I would be looking at cars for hours. However Luis heard what type of vehicle we needed and we loved the first one that he showed.

Amazing attentive staff!

I could not have asked for a better experience! From the moment I came through the door I was treated as a top priority. Tiffany Was extremely helpful though the whole process And made it completely painless 10 out of 10 would recommend.

Awesome experience

I couldn't be happier with my experience at Fuccilllo Kia. Nelson was just wonderful. Everyone i encountered there was polite and helpful. They truly went the extra mile to make me happy and to make me feel comfortable. I will NEVER go anywhere else when looking for my next car.

Outstanding service!!

Our first experience buying a new car was pretty awesome!! Let me start by saying that Fuccillo Kia was hoppin' when we got there!! It was like EVERYONE wanted to buy a car Saturday!! And for every person looking to buy, there was a salesman ready for each one!! Nelson Bou was our guy. He greeted us before we even made it across the parking lot. Very friendly and helpful. He showed us that judging a book by it's cover is OUT at Fuccillo Kia. As soon as we sat inside a Kia Soul, we were sold!!! Nelson was very knowledgeable and didn't pressure us at all. The car really sold itself, but, without Nelson, we wouldn't have gave it a chance. He answered all of our questions. The whole process did take quite a while because we weren't exactly prepared. But, for every glitch and every qualm we presented to them, these guys found a way around it. The Finance Manager, I believe, was Adelso Ramirez, and he too was not going to stop until he did everything in his power to make sure we left in a new car. He even called "Mr. Huge"!!!! I wish I could've met Billy and thanked him in person for giving us a chance. Mr. Huge said, "Tell them I'll see them on the cruise!!!!" I hope we can go!! THANK YOU SO MUCH!! TO EVERYONE!!! Luis is amazing, “ Fantastic place, great customer service!

My experience at Fuccillo Kia was excellent. I am the type to be suspicious of sales people, but Luis Castellanos was very friendly, helpful, and honest! He worked with me and gave me a great deal. I did not feel rushed at all!! I'm so happy with my purchase! Thanks! I would recommend Him anytime. Luis is outstanding and great professional, very personable and easy going. He was very flexible with our timing was not pushy at all. would definitely recommend him to family and friends anytime.

Always adventure and great experience!

I highly recommend Fuccillo Kia to anyone, they are very friendly and helpful, you dont feel attacked when you walk in . This is our third purchase with them and its says a lot when you see the same faces everytime you come back. The cruise is not a gimmick either that was a blast !! Ask for Louis , Shawn and Tim!!

Didn’t even let them service my car

Brought my car in for service to Fuccilo Kia due to a recall on my vehicle. As it being my first time having my car serviced there, I didn’t know how their process was. Once I walked in and saw Chad I knew it was going to be a negative experience. Granted he was the only one working, as no one else was around. I could clearly see he was busy on the computer. I patiently waited while being ignored. I finally asked if he was part of the service team and his response was yes and then went back to his computer. After waiting a few more minutes, he finally asked what I wanted in a tone that made me feel like I was bothering him. I started by stating that I had a 4 o’clock appointment and my name for he could look it up. His response very rudely was , I need your car key, that’s where I get all the information. After that being said, I stated that it was my first there and was unaware. I the. Have him my car key and he proceeded out to my vehicle. After about a minute processing how I was just treated by an employee l, I walked outside and told Chad that I was going to take my car elsewhere due to his behavior. It’s really sad that I was treated this way and will never return. Especially since my mom loves Kia and is need of a car and we were going to come this weekend to look at cars. We’ll now be going to another Kia dealership. Thanks for Chad showing his true colors to me as it set a very high presidents on how Fuccilo is.
