Came in on a Friday evening to inquire about a specific vehicle but the battery was not working. Was told that they would have a technician replace battery the following morning and make sure car was up and running. The next day we received a call by saleman Nelson that the vehicle needed a "special battery" and they were still working on it and he will call us when the battery is installed. After a few hours of no follow-up we called Nelson back and was told they had to have the battery delivered from manufacturing company. We inquired if it would be arriving the same day and he stated yes. He also stated that he would let us know when battery is installed, car up and running since he knew we drove an hour to get there and didn't want us "waiting all day" for the battery. A few more hours pass and no follow-up. We returned to dealership and asked for Nelson. He was with a customer so we patiently waited 30-40 mins before being approached by Isaiah asking if we were being helped. Isaiah then phoned Nelson to inform him again that we were waiting. Isaiah even offered refreshments while we waited. Thank you Isaiah! An additional 10 or more mins goes by before Nelson returns stating that the vehicle was in the process of being financed by another couple and we had to "wait" to see if the deal went through. Obviously upset since we made initial contact since Friday, asked to speak to manager. I could see Nelson talking to manager and other workers in their office. I see Adelso go to the computer. After another 10min wait, Adelso comes out with a paper with "numbers." Not once did he even ask us anything about financing. We expressed our disappointment that we had made initial contact on Friday and waited all day Saturday for the battery to be installed only to come back to the dealership and was told that the vehicle was in the processing of being financed by another couple. Adelso's response was that the other couple arrived at the dealership at the "same time" the battery was being installed so they had first rights to the vehicle. I have never had this experience at any other dealership. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.

This dealership is truly different from others. I've purchased 2 vehicles in 6 months with Alex Cletus (salesperson) because of the experience I received with my first purchase. Straight up best experience I have had in purchasing new vehicles. Warranty on these vehicles is unmatched by any other manufacturer. I would definitely and have referred people to this dealership! You leave there happy and not feeling like you are just a number/deal.
