Shottenkirk is how to buy a car !!
The wife and I had tried buying a Telluride last November in Springfield Illinois. #5 miles from where we live. Salesman said we would have to keep checking Dealership for when they might get one in. Didn't offer to have us order one multiple times. Happened to find Shottenkirk on line and decided to check with them. 70 miles away. Totally blown away. The people were EXTREMELY FRIENDLY and NO PRESSURE. They said why don't we order a new Telluride. Floored us. We did and received it in May of this year. Cannot sing the praise they deserve loud enough. They will now have our business from now on. Even though their 70 miles away it is SO worth it.

DON'T BUY HERE!!!
I tried to buy a used Kia that I was told had just arrived on the lot and had not been serviced yet. When I explained that I did not want to pay $190 for nitrogen in the tires. I was told that they HAVE to put the nitrogen in and that its non-negotiable (research nitrogen in tires, not worth it) even though it had not been done yet. Then it got worse! They tried to charge me the maximum amount allowed by the state for document fees. However, I am not financing and paying by check. Therefore the documentation should be less that for someone requiring the paperwork for a loan. Terrible experience.
