Outstanding service provided by Will Williams and your
Outstanding service provided by Will Williams and your service tech Gene. I came in for 3 recalls on my car and come to find out my back brakes were not installed correctly as Gene said they missed a few steps ....my car was serviced at Jiffy lube in Medina NEVER again I was a loyal customer for 4 years well thank you Will I will be coming to Ken Ganley for all of my car needs. Your team prevented a major catastrophe from occuring ..your team of Will and Gene are a true asset to your company thank you again and see you soon ..... Respectfully Mary Jane Sparrow

I came in for a problem with my AC functions.
I came in for a problem with my AC functions. Mike helped me and took me in explained how long it would take. There ended up being a problem with the install because of the broken pieces and they lent me a loaner for the day until they finished. It was a great experience for something going wrong with mine
