Recently got a vehicle from this dealership and I can tell you as an experienced car buyer, cars there are well picked, I looked what was out there at other places and it wasn't even close. The lady that works the office is awesome she is just on the top of everything.

If you ask this dealer for a copy of the CarFax they will

If you ask this dealer for a copy of the CarFax they will send you screen shots of it and not the link to the actual Carfax report. I was interested in buying a car there. So I asked them for the Carfax. The sales rep emailed me several screen shots of it. I wasn't quite ready too buy, so it was fine. Then after researching and talking it over with my wife, we decided to take the 3 hour drive to go look at the car. We were ready to buy and were paying cash. About a half hour into the trip I emailed the sales rep asking for the full Carfax (PDF or web link). I wanted to make sure there were no pages missing from the collection of screen shots they sent me. The sales rep refused to send them to me first saying that the screenshots was all she had. Then she said it is her manager who sends her the screenshots to send to the customer. I was scratching my head because I literally just bought a Carfax of my own to help sell my car. How could I obtain the link to a Carfax but a car dealership can’t? We ended up turning around and going home after driving for an hour and a half. It was a shame because we were excited about the car.

Great car

Purchased a vehicle from this dealership online site unseen. I got exactly what was advertised. Sales girl is very helpful there, she was very clear and fast. By the way this dealership has no junk fees.

Mazda 3

Amazing experience I went to several places and they all low balled me with my trade , Wheel Deal gave me fair offer for my vehicle and I purchased one from them. Very happy with my purchase . Will definitely do business there again if i ever need to.

Nice people, bad vehicles.

Do your own homework and use your own judgment. Here are the facts: Purchased a blue 2008 Pontiac Vibe in July of 2021 with 80,000 miles on it. Alarm Bell #1: Due to some incomplete (fudged?) information on the title, the registration took 6 months, including 3 extra trips through the dreaded “tunnel of fun” on I-64. Alarm Bell #2: After two tries at the alignment, the car never really drove quite straight. Alarm Bell #3: The engine broke internally at 86,000 when the oil was barely ready to be changed. This is a Toyota 1ZZ engine, which I have driven into the ground at 300,000+ miles on two different cars. Now I’m out $7K. Likely cause: the vehicle I purchased was in one or more accidents, maybe someone even duct-taped the engine together at one point after letting it overheat. This information was either never reported, or was intentionally removed from the paperwork.

It's Worth The Ride! One Happy Customer!!!!

I am so happy I got my car from this dealership! I went to a former dealership and was almost sold a lemon! So I am an AARP member and they sent me a link to nice, clean and safe cars and Wheel Deal Auto Sales was one of them. I found the car online and inquired. I got an immediate response to come and test drive. The office manager was very friendly and yes, it was easy, hassle-free and I left with a clean, nice car and a smile! I will highly recommend them for great customer service, great management and great cars! The price was right, the car was what I was looking for and the sale was smooth! They even took my picture by my new used car and we all left with a smile! You go Wheel Deal Auto Sales!!!!!! I live in Hampton and glad I was able to find a car nearby in Norfolk!!!!!!! Great experience all the way around! One happy customer!!!!!!

Superspeeder

Got a vehicle from this dealer recently for a good price. These people specialize on cars with low miles. some cars might not be newer models but miles are good and condition of the vehicles they have much better than newer models I looked at other places. Got my metal tags in a couple of days. Thanks Valery.
