JMCC is my go to for Cars. This is my second car purchase from Joshua Motor Car Company. Each time I've had superior service to any other dealership in the area. This time I worked with Shannon. Shannon was knowledgable and extremely helpful. Not only answered all our questions but did so with flying colors. With the help of the back office he was even able to reduce the rate on a commercial vehicle 5% lower than what it was supposed to be originally. Great service, great rate and great experience. I met with Shannon, he greeted me with a smile, he allowed me to explain to him exactly what I wanted. He offered me water, gave my daughter coloring items to keep her occupied. He was very professional, nice tone of voice, patient and friendly, most of all he answered my questions and explained everything to me in details. My overall experience was amazing and his manager John was very helpful and informative. Overall everyone in the office was very polite.
