Great service and staff.

Great service and staff. Fantastic communication in person and via video text. Never have to wait very long when set an appointment. Nice people to talk to as well. Highly recommend.

They were very quick to get my vehicle in.

They were very quick to get my vehicle in. The work was done well and they kept me up to date the whole time. On top of that my RR looked really clean when I picked it up.

I have bought 3 cars from this dealership and they have amazing customer service, sales and service. Diane, Vince, Alex, Betsy in sales, and Monte, Chris, Tong in service - unbeatable. Rovers are an amazing ride but often need a little TLC - this dealership makes owning a Rover worth. it !!!

Jana was a great salesperson and was fun to work with

Jana was a great salesperson and was fun to work with however I had no interest in any extended warranty or add ones and felt that salesperson was quite pushy

Incredibly responsive from the first interaction

My experience with Land Rover Jaguar Richfield was excellent. Janna was incredibly responsive and proactive from my very first virtual interaction. When I first inquired on a previously owned Range Rover via Cars.com, it turned out to not be quite the package I wanted. (My mistake; I hadn’t noticed the rose gold accents. No thank you.) Still, Janna heard exactly what I was looking for and offered to keep an eye out. A week later -- voila! -- she informs me of a "unicorn" that had just come in. It was perfect: very low miles, white exterior and beige interior AND a great price. I said, “Let’s do the deal!” She pulled out all the stops to get it detailed and all ready to pick up by the next day. Their great collaborative team of Vince and Elizabeth also worked in sync to get my trade done and get me on the road quickly with a new ride. First class experience! Thank you, LandRover Jaguar Richfield!

Bad Business

I bought a 2015 Jaguar XJ, took my car in for an oil change and everything has been downhill every since. Monte and Ron have very rude and disrespectful. They refuse to right their wrong and this has been the worst experience. I have been without my vehicle for almost a year. I am paying for a vehicle I can't use. I will never shop at Jaguar Richfield again.

no communication , they won't call you back!

I have been waiting for a replacement heater blower motor since JUNE. I paid you $3,712.54 for a defective part and your labor. I have received NO communication from you since I was told you would replace the part. eBay has one for $200.00
