Horrible experience.

Horrible experience... Josh was the salesman who STARTED to help my wife and I. We went in on Thursday evening and Josh was a great help, after looking at a couple of cars we narrowed it down to 2 vehicles. The next day (Friday) morning we sent Josh our trade info, to which he was supposed to call us that morning (never heard from him) and no response to our text. I tried calling him 2 times that morning (Friday) and no answer or return call. After hearing nothing (crickets) I sent him another text letting him know that our day was being waisted and that we would look elsewhere. He then had his manager (Sylvester..?) call me, and Sylvester didn't have anything put together on the deal but was supposed to call me back (no word back). The salesman texted me a few times afterward and I asked him specifically to call me and again (crickets). I'm pretty sure that ignoring your customers doesn't end up with positive feed back..! So I sent Josh another text, expressing my disappointment (not rude at all) and told him that we would look to do business at another dealer..

Staff was friendly and really tried to help fix my issue

Staff was friendly and really tried to help fix my issue as best they could. Car was older and Mitsubishi stopped producing parts so there wasn't a ton that could be done
