I purchased a brand new vehicle here at Chevy Puente
I purchased a brand new vehicle here at Chevy Puente Hills the other day. Left the lot not knowing that there was a dent on the hood. This is upsetting. I called and spoke to one person. He said to come in at a specific time so he can take a look at the car. He said if he is not there to ask for the general sales manager. I came in and asked for the general sales manager. After speaking to him he was not aware of the situation so I had explain the situation. The dent was on the hood. He then popped the hood open so he can show me how not to close the hood incase this is the reason for the dent. Basically stating the dent was because of how the hood was closed. He said to not put your hands on top of the hood to close it. He closes the hood and instead of 1 dent there are now 2 dents. The 2nd dent happened right in front of me and the additional sales representative. The 2nd dent is inches away from the 1st dent. To buy a new car and to experience seeing this damage is definitely a dissatisfaction. He said they will take care of the dents. That’s fine but i literally purchased this new car and there are already damages. My satisfaction level is very low. I asked for some compensation for the inconvenience and dissatisfaction. But he denied it. The dent repair is yet to be completed. So my rating may change. It may drop. But me increasing my rating is unlikely. Unless something really special happens then there is a possibility of increasing my rating. Overall, this transaction was unfortunately not a good experience.

I went to the dealer to check my squeaky brakes that had
I went to the dealer to check my squeaky brakes that had 46% left on them. He said intially that it was maybe dust but turned out I needed new brakes. So there was an offer on front brakes replacement for $379 but mine were going to be $100 more than that because the brakes in the offer were cheap and that I should put more expensive ones. Nowhere on my receipt that I paid an upgrade which I don't know why I couldn't get the special offer. Then they forgot I was waiting till the dealership closed so I was there in the waiting room for 6 hours. It was a terrible experience.
