My wife and I went to the dealership 6/29/25 to look at
My wife and I went to the dealership 6/29/25 to look at their 2024 Omega Hummer SUV vehicle which is listed as a Courtesy Transportation Vehicle with 410 miles. We were greeted by Anthony Orio as the sales rep. This limited Omega version is extremely difficult to sell and many have been on dealership lots for sometimes over a year. My wife asked if they do any price matching and Mr. Orio said "what do you mean" My wife said there is another Omega Hummer SUV, also a Courtesy Transportation Vehicle listed at Kelly GMC, in Bartow for $107,000 with 2100 miles. Mr. Orio instantly said" The Kelly GMC dealership is advertising a lie and they are liars" He instantly became heated and went to tell his sales manager about the price. He came back in an angry huff and said there is no way we can sell this Hummer for that! We felt very uneasy and left promptly. What an experience telling someone that an another GMC dealership are liars with no proof. There was our experience at this dealership!

I purchased a used BMW from the North Palm Beach
I purchased a used BMW from the North Palm Beach dealership. My salesman was Anthony Orio. The purchase was made remotely as I am in AZ. Anthony was deceptive when describing the vehicle’s condition. Prior to purchase I had them do a walk around video and the car appeared in great condition. I specifically asked if the vehicle was fully operational and was told it had no issues. When the vehicle was delivered to me, I immediately noticed that the parking sensor was not operational. I had this diagnosed at the local dealership and they identified that one of the sensors on the back bumper had damage to it, which impacted the whole system. I called and spoke to Anthony and he assured me the vehicle was fine when it left the dealership, however I had the local BMW dealership pull the failure code and it shows this issue was present months before the sale and that the warning light had come on 255 times since, which confirms this notice was present and warning light indicators triggers more than one time per day. It is clear to me that Anthony was not being honest with me. I called and emailed both the sales manager, Jeff Abelha and the CEO, Sal DelGreco. With my concerns and neither has had the professionalism to call me back and address this issue. It cost $2100 to repair this damage. This dealership falsely advertised the condition of this vehicle and then made a deals with me in bad faith. Be cautious with this dealership

Thank you for reaching out to us regarding your 2021 Pre-owned BMW purchase. It is unfortunate that you identified an issue with your car. The car was sold as a Non-Certified Pre-Owned Vehicle with a Limited Warranty and then shipped out of state, we are not responsible for shipping damages that may occur.
Your assertion that the vehicle was damaged in transport is not supported. As I noted above, I have a printout from the car’s computer that was extracted by a certified BMW dealer and it clearly shows that the parking assistance was non-functional since late September. The vehicle was not damaged in transport. The system triggered 255 times since September, meaning the display showed the error every time the vehicle was started. It is unreasonable to believe that the staff was not aware of this issue prior to the sale. Your auto dealer continues to deal in bad faith and I have evidence to prove it. I will continue to seek remedies in this case until I am properly compensated for the repair cost
