CarMax Murfreesboro

I have purchased several vehicles (3) from CarMax and plan to buy my next car from them too, as soon as I make up my mind which vehicle I want. They sell quality vehicles from my experience and go above and beyond for their customers. I especially like their new 30 day return policy. Last time I had a vehicle transferred from another store and was worried I'd have to buy it even if I didn't like it when it came in. No way- they assured me customer service was priority if I didn't want the car they didn't want me to buy it ! As it turned out, it was perfect for me, the price was fair and the service great. Reviews are very important when I'm going to buy anything, especially something that's as big of an investment as a vehicle. I don't understand how CarMax would not make all efforts to correct a problem. Do yourself a favor and give them a chance, my opinion, you won't be disappointed.

Lost out on a truck deal because rep failed to respond and a few weeks later ran off the lot for looking at vehicles at 10pm. Between the sales team and security, you will have a difficult time.

Had a truck transfered in from another location, The truck arrived and called me to come see it. it was filthy and full of dog hair, they promised to have it cleaned and it needed an alignment and would have it fixed. never got a status update! I called and looked for a manager but they said they didnt know the status of the truck since they couldnt reach the sales associte. So they seemed to not have a track record of the vehicle and the managers were clueless. I calle d3 times to get an update but that was no fun explainning my self 3 times. they had no clue who i was or where the truck was. What a waiste of time and a waiste of a dealer ship. they should hve put a carvana there instead.

We had the best experience at this location. Michael was the best associate and walked us through everything and was extremely patient after the crappy experience we had at another location. We are so happy. Thanks Michael!

Went in to see about a van for my wife ..we were wanting to trade in a vehicle ...we test drove the van we were looking at. Had them look at our vehicle we finally got back and went through the offer let me tell you it was a JOKE I laughed at the salesman... This company didn't even come close to Kelly blue book trade in value!!
