I recently purchased a Mitsubishi from Ed Morse

I recently purchased a Mitsubishi from Ed Morse Mitsubishi Tampa, and while the buying process was fine, my experience with their customer service afterward has been terrible. I kept receiving multiple requests for reviews, so I called the dealership to kindly ask them to stop. Unfortunately, when I spoke with Christian, he was extremely rude and dismissive. Instead of addressing my concern professionally, he abruptly hung up the phone on me. This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable from a business that should value its customers. If this is how they treat people after making a purchase, I can’t imagine how they handle real issues. I would think twice before dealing with them again.

Jacob Dickson is the best! I’m so happy with my purchase and he really helped me find the best Mitsubishi. The manager was also great. I’ve been to many Mitsubishi in central Florida and this is by far the best one.

Jacob was very pleasant to work with.

Jacob was very pleasant to work with. He was patient. He was informative. He was kind. I complemented him as I left. Christmas Eve about not pressuring me. I made a last-minute change in my plans to test drive a Mitsubishi outlander on Christmas Eve before leaving town. He took his time with me. He told me all the details of the car.

They don’t have themselves together here.

They don’t have themselves together here. Have wasted my time, too many times. I have been more than fair in giving this place chances and am done. I have an extended warranty on a vehicle, that I was told should work at every dealership, which is why I bought it. I gave it to this dealership in march when they diagnosed my wheel bearing issue. After I had them service the vehicle. They said they would get back to me on Monday. They never did. I called, they couldn’t get me and advisor. I tried one more time and couldn’t get in touch. They have the audacity to contact me to come get my car serviced through them. Forget that, I took it to Brandon. They wouldn’t stop callling me though so I picked up. They asked about getting my car serviced. I told them I had it serviced at Brandon. They said okay, I told them about my attempt to get my car fixed through an extended warranty a while back and could never get in touch and was the reason I went to another dealer. They apologized and then found the diagnoses and info and scheduled me to have to work done. I asked if everything would be covered and if I needed to talk to anyone else, they said no. Perfect, they corrected my issue. Fast forward to my appointment, two weeks later. 1. THEY CALLED ME TO SCHEDULE MY APPOINTMENT. - They did not have the part in stock, they were not made aware of what was getting done, they had no clue about my warranty I presented them months ago. 2. WHEN I ARRIVED THE SERVICE ADVISOR FOUND MY APPOINTMENT AND ASKED WHAT I WAS HAVING DONE. - Not only was this the same service advisor; I think his name was Chris. That initially not get in contact with me about my extended warranty after I gave him all the documents he asked for. This shows me the group does not communicate within themselves. On top of that, they ordered the part late and so it wasn’t even here today for my service that I set aside to come for. He came to me and told me my warranty was expired. I told him this was extended and not only have I discussed this with him before and gave him a copy of the documents. He told me he would call me back and never did. He just told me it would be $641 to replace the wheel bearing and reschedule the appointment because they didn’t order it in time. He did not seem apologetic for the mishap and just said they will send me car to be washed since I am here. Which was an even bigger waste of my time. I’m there to get the car fixed, if you’re not going to do that. Tell me that instead of wasting my time. I don’t know why they can’t figure out what they are covering. He ended our conversation the same way he did in march, I will call you Monday about the warranty and we will get the part ordered. WHAT A JOKE. The best part, the email kept getting kicked back to me that it could not send. So he lied that he got the email with the extended warranty information. 3. THIS PLACE WASTED MY TIME - Don’t let them waste your time too, their customer service is not good. To close, how are you doing to contact someone to make an appointment, because you want work to do, and then completely fail at providing on that service. I am a technician. If I wanted to work on my own car I would’ve bought one second hand without the warranty. I’m tired of the lies from all of the Mitsubishi dealership. I’m tired of the service at all of the dealerships. I will never buy another Mitsubishi. But even more than that, I will not return to this dealership to do business ever again. I hope the review helps other people who might be struggling to make a decision. I intend to post it everywhere I can leave a review. I am so disappointed. I have said this before and will say it again, service is such an important part of the buying process. Who wants to buy from someone who will not reliably and honestly service their vehicle?

Jacob had amazing communication throughout my car

Jacob had amazing communication throughout my car shopping experience. He was very detailed in his work and made sure I was comfortable the entire time from the test drive to the financing. He helped me with my insurance after hours to make sure I was able to drive off the lot in my new vehicle. He even went out of his way to fill up the gas tank while I was doing paperwork. The sales manager made sure that the car was in great mechanical condition before they would even let me test drive the vehicle. The compressor went out in my AC 3 days after I bought my SUV. The dealership did not have to help me with this but they went above and beyond they special ordered the parts and fixed everything for me. I spoke to the mechanic Hurley multiple times about the vehicle he was very honest with me which anyone can appreciate from a mechanic. I will 100% be buying my next car from these guys ! Thanks again guys I really appreciate everything.
