Add $10k to advertised price.

I was very interested in an advertised vehicle, so I contacted a salesman to schedule a visit. I was specific that I would only test drive that vehicle. I arrived first thing in the morning and advised it was sold, so a different vehicle was pushed on me. Similar vehicle just different color. I asked if it was the same price and was told "yes". The only problem was that it increased from the advertised price by $9000, no thanks. Poor way to do business using bait and switch.

Golling CDJR ROSEVILLE STOLE MY MONEY

Golling Roseville! Stole my money and did not fix my vehicle. Kyle Jackson and management lied on every phone call and text. They never heard the noise from vehicle because they never drove the vehicle. They parked my vehicle and never serviced the vehicle. I brought the car because of a clicking sound from the front end. They found a thousand dollars worth of other things wrong with a vehicle the was parked the entire 3 days it was at GOLLING CDJR. How is a wheel alignment done with below pressure tires. They stole my money!!!!!!!!!! Kyle Jackson and management lied about everything they said they were doing to find the issue. The service manager said that 3 people drove the vehicle. The dealership is just under 10 miles from my home . I dropped it off at Golling Roseville with 102,884 miles on it, when I pulled into my driveway 102,903 miles . That is 19 milles. That had not been MOVED since 8.8.2023. The day I dropped it off! They charged me 500 dollars and did nothing!! Kyle Jackson and management! Kyle Jackson and management! 1

Tressia, Can can put this up on evey review site, but it doesn't change the facts. This becoming harassment. We did the work, we test drove the car, and I have video to prove this. As I tried to showed you on the video we have from our security system (you refused to look at the video), we did the work, and test drove the vehicle. Not only was your vehicle test driven, but it was test driven a second time by the service manager. We were unable to hear the clicking noise you are referring to, and even invited you back to take a test drive with the manager himself (you refused). As far as the wheel alignment is concerned, we have a record of the before and after measurements. (with the VIN recorded) The reason your car is pulling is we recommended new tires after the alignment, and again, you declined the new tires. I'm not sure why you are refusing to look at the videotape, or allow us to check the measurements of the alignment. The video clearly shows us driving the car (twice), the measurement would tell you if we did the alignment. Please remove this review, it is incorrect, and we don't deserve it. Again, we are willing to show you the security video, have the alignment checked to insure accuracy, and take a test drive with you to hear the clicking noise. Great out of state buying experience

I was most pleased to do business with Jud Kotas from Golling Dodge Jeep Ram of Roseville. As an out of state buyer Jud was on top with the correct paperwork and knowledge. I have purchased a lot of cars over the years from several dealerships in my state, but with Jud's excellent attitude and no fuss dealing I will be remembering him and Golling Dodge for future purchases.

See above. Have been in retail for 50 years.

After 50 years of buying cars, this by far the worst experience I've had from buying to service department Spent 10.grand,drove 500 miles and now says transmission needs a 7grand repair. Save your money and please go somewhere else.

Dave, I understand that you are upset, but the Commander was a AS IS car. We fully disclosed from the start that this car, at the time of sale, was AS-IS. We disclosed this in the window on the buyers guide , and also in the paperwork you signed, acknowledging it was AS IS. I would be more than happy to help. Awesomeness

Adam Holcomb and Paul Russo are awesome. Truck was clean and ready. Paperwork was ready. Al that was needed was for me to sign and go. The Golling family should be proud and greatfull for having such wonderfully efficient, spectacular employees. It was the smoothest car buying experience that I have ever had. This was the 4th vehicle that I acquired from the Golling Family and certainly won't be the last. Keep up the good work.

This dealer doesn't honor over the counter sales

This dealer doesn't honor over the counter sales warranties. I bought a MOPAR battery in 2020 with a 36 month free replacement written right on the battery with date code stamped in it. Battery was completely dead and wouldn't hold a charge. When jumped would not stay running. They said I had to bring the car in to test even though it couldn't start. They could not test it with out the car. My Golling sales receipt had the serial number of the battery it. They claimed my warranty was with Chrysler. The manager was rude and condescending. I purchased non MOPAR battery at local store and car is running fine for days. This battery issue is going to cost Jeep a Grand Cherokee sale as my wife wants a new one

Shiela, I'm sorry that you feel this way, I understand because warranties can be confusing. The battery warranty process is set by the the manufacture, not Golling CJDR of Roseville. We do not warranty the battery, the manufacture does. The manufacture requires you to bring in the car to test the battery and the charging system. We have no control of the process. If we didn't follow the process set by the manufacture, they will not warrantee the battery. With that said feel free to contact me if you have any questions. As i said in the dealership, i paid Golling, not Chrysler, my receipt says Golling, not Chrysler, The MOPAR battery says 3 year free replacement not all warranties go through Chrysler. No where does anything say Chrysler. You sold a Chrysler MOPAR product, your warranty is with Chrysler, not mine. What did you expect, me to push the car in? as you condescendingly said, it isn't your problem. When i buy a battery at AutoZone they dont require the car to be tested. I believe it is your policy just to get the car in to try and sell repair work. The AutoZone battery i purchased because of you, is working just fine. I have had 3 Grand Cherokees and my wife wants another new one. If she convinces me to buy another, it surly won't be from you.

I understand again how you feel, but again we are not the manufacture. As you say in the post above, we sold you a MOPAR product. We are the retailer. Anything you buy is warranted by the manufacture, not the retailer. You're more then welcome to call FCA and ask them if you wish. If you would like, I can print out and give you a copy of their policy The reason they ask you to bring in the car is they want to make sure it's the battery, not the charging system of the car that is causing the battery to discharge. Just to let everyone know, Stellantis is making this right, they're reimbursing me for the battery I had to buy at a local auto store that Golling wouldn't warranty. Thank you Stellantis.

Wileam was knowledgeable and made the process very easy going and smooth, I got the car I wanted! Thank you very happy with my car!

Lease buyout, getting a new lease. Salesperson lie

Promises changed when it was time for delivery of vehicle!!! Bad salesperson there never again will I ever go back!!! Waste of time every time never tells the truth!
