My visit to this car lot was very good. My car salesman was informative and helpful the whole time. He was really patient with me with all my questions. This was my first new car and im so with happy it.

I was very nervous about buying a new car. Dealerships...

I was very nervous about buying a new car. Dealerships have intimidated me in the past, which is not hard to do. From the second I walked in the door they were calm and reassuring and NEVER forced me or pressured me. I REALLY appreciate the laid back atmosphere and the way they handled me and the purchase of my Nissan Pathfinder, WHICH I LOVE!! I have recommended them to everyone that I have seen since I bought the car on Monday. They truly made is a nice experience, which is a 1st for me, I will be using them again and again. Thank you!!

As for customer service it was raining when we visited...

As for customer service it was raining when we visited the lot and he asked us inside than asked what kind of car we was interested in, and showed us some brosurers even offered us some coffee or soda. didn't even take nearly as long to do business as we was expecting. we just think the overall experience was just super great. my wife was happy and i was satifyed, even with the price

We went to this dealership based upon their reputation as a super Nissan dealership. We were pleasantly surprised by Ladariun Barnes and the Sales Staff. My wife and I would recommend Gray-Daniels Nissan North without reservation.

Battery died on my 2010 murano 4 days after purchasing....

Battery died on my 2010 murano 4 days after purchasing. Dealership accused me of leaving dome light on which I'm 100% positive I did not! Huge hassel trying to get new battery installed without out of pocket costs! Very disappointed. Mr. Brown to his credit was very nice and helpful throughout the process which was very appreciated. Robert (sales manager??) however was only nice when he was trying to make a sale. He made no apologies to me when I talked to him the morning after my newly purchased vehicle died and had the audacity to sound irritated with me!! Eventually I did get the new battery without any out of pocket cost but it should have been a no brainer!! Don't appreciate the hassel or Roberts attitude!!

Rental car policy was not explained very well. We...

Rental car policy was not explained very well. We purchased extended warranty. We thought a car was to be waiting on us when we arrived with appointment. However, that was not the case. Apparently, it takes 30 minutes to do so and then drive to Enterprise rental where we may wind up with lower valued car or van. We purchased a new 2012 Sports Maxima. Communication problems are present through phone switch board. Emails not returned or verified they were received. Voice calls are not returned. Very good experience at purchase time. No harm done but we live 70 miles away and we have to plan our trips and time off of work. It's very important for us to have things in order when we schedule an appointment.

This was the best car-buying experience I've ever had....

This was the best car-buying experience I've ever had. The crew at Gray-Daniels, especially Mr. Jenkins, made my day. I was able to leave the lot with the exact car I desired (after they located it at another local dealership). Thanks guys!
