The sales agent who contacted me appeared inexperienced

The sales agent who contacted me appeared inexperienced and suggested that my credit required a $15,000 down payment on a car valued at $27,000. This amount seemed excessive, constituting more than half the price of the vehicle. The sales rep did not seem particularly eager to make a sale or put forth much effort. When I visited another dealership, my down payment was only $1,690 on a $25,000 car. Based on my experience, this dealership may not provide the quality service you are looking for.

I complained about the brakes, I knew that they were bad.

I complained about the brakes, I knew that they were bad. But the manager actually came to my place to take a ride, and confirm the problem. It's while he was driving the vehicle, he insisted that the brakes were fine. When I went to trade the car in, 7 days later, the dealership said the brakes were unsafe and they knocked my resale off $200. What a rip. Don't trust this guy, he'll do anything to sell a car, unsafe or not. Meanwhile I'm out another $200 because of his unsafe advise. I'm still trying to figure out how to go about this, besides just going to the BBB, I have the written proof. I deserve that $200 back for the bold face lie, he insisting that they were fine Capitol xx. Douglas Newton

We were looking at another car at a dealership when I saw

We were looking at another car at a dealership when I saw on line that House Of Cars had a car we should look at. We went and we ended up buying from HOC. They have some really beautiful cars and everyone we dealt with were outstanding!! We had a great experience and we love our car!!

Arrived at the time of appointment. Drove 130 miles to get there. Notified 2 minutes prior that car was sold. Have you heard the term bait and switch? Thanks for confirming all the legends about car dealers. What's it gonna take to drive this car away today? Can we get you something to drink? Our manager needs to evaluate your trade in. The market is soft. Need I waste more time?

Made my first car purchase so easy!

I traded in my first car, a 2010 Chevy Malibu, for a 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee with House of Cars! It was my first big girl purchase, and I was worried that I would be overwhelmed with sales staff trying to oversell me. I did not feel like that at all. The staff was not pushy at all and made me feel very comfortable with the whole process. They helped me find what I could be approved for, and helped me find the perfect car within my budget! I didn’t know much about how credit worked, but Derek helped me go through my credit report and understand what everything meant, which honestly helped me with more than just buying a car. I love my car and I recommend House of Cars Arizona to anyone looking for a car!
