went to express service for oil change and to check suspension for noise. Corey took care of me. all completed on time and no problems found. noise is gone (could have been frozen).

awesome service. wonderful hospitality

everyone was very helpful from the time i entered until my exit. i didn't ask a question and not get a satisfying answer. you have a great crew.

An unfun errand made super easy and pleasant!

Professional, friendly assistance at check in, Mike was thorough about what needed to be done to the car, how long it would take, and I liked that he even told me what didn't need to be done yet which I thought did! Bathrooms were spotless! Didn't have any donuts but they looked tempting. Easy to settle up the bill and I was out very quickly with a cheerful goodbye and a word of appreciation for my patronage - what could be better?

Excellent Service

My iPhone was not in syn w/ my CRV N my phone needed battery to check - found a charger I could use and solved the problem after oil change

Great Service

As soon as I walked in to the dealership I was greeted with a warm welcome. Its overlooked at other dealerships so that was a welcomed surprise. I also liked how I was able to sit down with my salesperson. Tommy was his name. He asked specific questions so I can find the perfect car instead of showing me cars out of my price range. He found the perfect car for me.

I would like to start off by saying one of the girls that...

I would like to start off by saying one of the girls that answer the phone was very unprofessional. But after making a complaint to Joe Carusone the Sales Manager he reinsured me that he would rectify the situation. He apologized over and over for her behavior and by the end of the day I was told that she was dealt with accordingly. That showed me that they values their customers business and customers always comes first. Joe is awesome!! My Sales Consultant Hassan Khan was also great. He took his time with me and my husband and worked with in our budget. I never felt pressured into buying a car. He was very professional and did a great job with helping me pick out a prefect car for me in my price range. They have a great team working there. I was referred there by one of my co workers and I will definitely be doing more business with Hassan in the near future. I will be sending some referrals their way!!!
