Great service and we had a pleasure to work with the best salesperson THOMAS SAVONE -very frendly and professional.He got us the best deal possible and we couldn't be happier .We also had a pleasure to work with JAYSON KANNRY who take care of our financing .Both Thomas and Jayson truly made a buying a car really nice experience - so thank you for all your help and treatment Well if you are planning of getting a new or used car just remember to visit HONDA OF NEW ROCHELLE - you be glad you did.

Service consultant at the service desk was polite and...

Service consultant at the service desk was polite and courteous. Inquired why I was visiting and took my info quickly and effectively. Once my service was completed he informed me that my service was actually a " NO CHARGE " since it was my first visit for my 5000 mile oil change. Also returned my coupon for future use. Informed my that everything was working and running fine, and that my car was in perfect running order. Service took about 45 minutes or so and I was very pleased.

Worst experience in trying to buy a car. Knew what I wanted, had a limited window of time, and Stefano tried to delay to negotiate. What a jerk. Very disappointed after reading good reviews.

This is the second car I've leased from this...

This is the second car I've leased from this dealership......My experience with Joe Jacob was excellent....I found him to be very professional, helpful and knowledgeable.. and I look forward to again using their excellent service department.. This dealership understands that making the customer happy is what business is about...and it's nice to do business with a company that has this philosophy. Elsa LaMonica

Ben Thomas was a great salesman. He was honest and walked me through every step of the process. This was my first new car process and his friendliness made it a fun and exciting experience. He handled everything with my insurance and paperwork and made me feel confident in my choice.

Had a great experience at Honda of New rochelle. Ivan Chavez made it happen for me as i came out of state with a trade in towards a new Honda Ridgeline and left with one . Pror to that I went to a competetor Paragon Honda and had a very bad experiance. Thanks again Ivan for your Profesional and curtious experince buying this vehicle.

I am giving this dealership the highest rating possible...

I am giving this dealership the highest rating possible because their customer service was excellent from receptionist to my exceptionally patient salesperson, David Lartey. When I arrived at the dealership, I was able to look around at the cars until I was ready to be helped. I went to the smiling and personable receptionist and she paged for a salesperson. That's when I was very fortunate to meet David Lartey. David is the most patient and knowledgeable salesperson I have come across in a very long time. Being a woman, I felt like I would be taken advantage of but I did not feel this at all with David. There was no pressure to buy on my 2 visits to the dealership. He took me for 3 test drives, took me down to the car lot twice and decribed in detail every car I drove. He was with me for many hours and I never felt that he was annoyed or frustrated with my indecision of which car to purchase. I finally made a decision and he called my insurance company for me and explained everything that was involved in the new car purchase. He then took me to see Nate Gray, who was very professional and explained all my finance options. When I arrived to pick up my car, it was beyond my expectations. David explained everything about the car to me and even helped me program my Bluetooth to voice activate. He was a professional and a true gentlemen. I have been telling everyone I know how great my experience was with David and Honda of New Rochelle.

I came to the service center of Honda New Rochelle to...

I came to the service center of Honda New Rochelle to replace the rear window washer on my car. From the moment I entered the center I was impressed. I was served immediately by a polite and pleasant young man named Chris Cancel. Shortly after looking at my car he noticed that my inspection had expired yesterday. Thank goodness!! He saved my a $50 ticket!! Michael Vigliotti provided wise supervion and stressed the importance of customer service excellence. As a professional Sales and service trainer, I highly recommend that Chris Cancel be seriously considered a Service Distinction merit. Thank you so much. Donna Bellis
