Well how shall I begin, keep in mind this will be a long detailed review...My company has a connection with New Rochelle of Honda, Chris the Sales Rep was whom They told me to go to. As soon as i came in after the fake smiles, I explained I was looking around and quickly asked how much do i have to put down, explained AGAIN, I was just looking around. He continued to say "For me to know you are serious and committed I'm going to need you to put money down RIGHT NOW!!" I told him well I only have a hundred and continued to get up to leave, and he said ok ok give me the $100, so I did. I told him I don't have good credit not looking for something new and that this will be my first car on my own. He automatically told me well you are going into a civic, you don't have that many options considering your situation, we are going to put you into an lx because you don't have credit nor alot of money down, so thats the best you can do. He continued to say and trust me I know I have been doing this 15yrs or so and he is THE 2ND BEST SALESMAN IN THE COUNTRY, I was so sure he was right so I said ok. Then he continued to say I'm going to need 2000 down payment. I filled the application out and told him I wasn't sure about the 2000 down payment but i will try. He then told me he will put me in an accord instead, after I was already content with a civic. He told me he would run my application for the accord and see if the bank will approve it. Next following day (literally) I was hounded by so many phone calls call after call after call ( no exageration)until finally I had the opportunity to break away from what I was doing to return his call. He notified me to tell me I was approved for a brand new 2012 honda accord with no money down, I was extremely shocked as i came in with no hopes, so I told him I will see you tomorrow he cut me off to tell me NO you need to get this done RIGHT NOW!!! I kept telling him I was too far to come in and I would come in tomorrow he kept persisting i get it done today, cutting me off and telling me I saved you 2G's consistently repeating it over and over and over again. Then tells me he is calling geico right now without my permission without even asking me first, he continues to make the phone call speaking to a representative, making it seem if I don't do this right now I will surely lose this deal. So he forces me to get the insurance so i did ( I got a great quote) but i did not have the money at time he kept persisting you have to do this NOW Shirley remember i saved u 2G's you really cant ask someone to borrow $100 luckily for me my best friend had left her card with me, and I went ahead using her card (with her permission of course) and it was approved. He then continued to say come in right now not even asking if i'm able to its like he wanted to get rid of this car. I told him I would be later on tonight he said make sure its not after 8 and not no 7:55, so I had to rush the people i was with because I really thought this is how the process of purchasing a car works. I get to the dealership he immediately says again I SAVED YOU 2G's HOW DO U LIKE THAT!!!! Not just anyone can do that. I was shown my possible future car, I wasn't too excited don't get me wrong it was a nice car but it was a VERY BASIC car, but I said to myself he said this is the best i can do so i said i guess its pretty good for my first car. After waiting for a really long time I went to my finance consultant and he proceeded to give me paperwork, all sounded good till came down to the numbers, my payment for 72 months for a basic car was $670!!!!!!!!!! interest rate was 11.8 I quickly changed my mind and said i need to go home to speak with my father they kept stalling and said what about 599 i said no i need to talk to my dad and then he brought it down to 550 I said noo i need to speak to my dad. The finance consultant went and called his manager who asked me what was going on. I explained i was not happy with the payments with the kinda car i was paying. He asked me a few questions and said he would get me into a civic with lower payments ( I pointed out this is initially what chris told me he would put me in.) So he said ok we will work this out, I tried to leave and Chris was harassing me to come back, so i did when i got back in he was asking why wasn't i walking away with the car, I explained the payments were to high and had to speak to my father before i go ahead with anything, he continued to remind me he saved me 2gs he threw in my face how much money i made 670 is nothing people would be happy to pay for this and i'm like yea but not for a base car. he started to degrade me put me very low until i had enough and said i'm leaving. so to end this long story i ended up going to greenwich of honda cause they cared about my happiness and wanted to make sure i got into the car that I WANTED not the car that they thought i should be in, so whatever you do if you do decide to go into new rochelle please stay away from CHRIS whatever you do do not go to him, if its not his way then there is no way.

what a headache
I was going in to lease my second honda. They completely wore me out the first time, what made me think the second time would be any better is beyond me. Three years ago I went to lease a car that was in stock and I was there from 10 am to almost 6pm. This last week when I went back I had the same sales person Chris,who made me crazy. I dealt with these people for three days trying to get the best deal I could, finally I said the magic words, I want my money back, thats when the real trouble started. All of a sudden they were able to get me a deal for payments in the low 200's. I got calls all day until 5pm. My bad, I should not have gone back to them in the first place.

Honda of New Rochelle is a classy, friendly and reliable...
Honda of New Rochelle is a classy, friendly and reliable place to buy and service your car. I was there today and waited a reasonable 90 minutes to get my car fully serviced and comprehensively checked. I had a minor "body shop" type issue that was beautifully fixed right in the service area. The customer service here is just unparalleled in the auto industry. The staff, especially Mike, Dashawn and Andrew, are informative, courteous, detailed and always doing their best to keep the cost covered or minimal. I drive from Queens to New Rochelle just to be sure I will have my car in theright hands. BTW, while you wait, there is coffe, tea, fresh donuts and a nice TV. No appointments needed either. So cross a bridge if you have to, but go to Honda of New Rochelle.

I went in to get my usual oil change at the Express Shop....
I went in to get my usual oil change at the Express Shop. I was helped at the front desk by T.J. He was a friendly guy and was very attentive. He quickly found and resolved a computer glitch involving my records at the shop. He also wrote up my vehicle's service log booklet when asked. My car was done within the 40 minutes promised as well. Coffee and Donuts... mmmmm... Great experience.

Joe was awesome!! He was extremely friendly and courteous. He was patient with our needs and listened to all our concerns. We financed a pilot through this dealer. Jon was excellent at meeting our financial needs and worked with us to get us our price. Joe and Jon took the time to answer all our questions. Even after I left the dealership I called them with questions and they answered them. I left other Honda dealers feeling pressured and dissatisfied. This is the second car I've purchased through Honda of New Rochelle. I send all my friends and family to them. They make you feel at home.

I would like to say that my experience at New Rochelle Honda was was very positive to say the least.I would like to thank David Lartey for going above and beyond with helping me with my purchase of my new Honda Crosstour.Mr.Lartey really goes out of his way to make shure his customers are satisfied and never tries to pressure them like some sales people at other dealers I visited.David said he would beat any price and he did.Never once did he try to sell me something I didn't need and the accessories I did want he got me a great deal.As a matter of fact every one I have ever dealt with at New Rochelle Honda was weather in the parts dept or express service were great.I would also like to mention Andrew who details the vehicles prior to pick up for really going out of his way to make sure the finish was perfect before I took it home.As amatter of fact all the guys that detail the cars really work hard to get them to look as good as they do.When I'm ready for a new Honda this is where I will purchase it. Had oil change done on 2010 Honda Accord at Express Service. T J Falto pointed out clogged air cabin filter and his workers cleaned it for free, so I did not have to buy a new one. One issue - wi-fi was not working in the shop. Please get that up and running! Based on today's positive experience, I plan to go back on Sunday to get oil change for our 2005 Honda Odyssey. 7 days with long hours for express service is a great concept! Also, waiting area is much nicer than the area in the main service center across the street.
