It was not good they did not get back with me for days

No Response, No Communication

i had been chatting online with a representative of this company as i was interested in a 2007 Audi they have for sale, at that time they were asking 7900.00 for it, i was planning on going to Carson but i wanted a few questions answered first, I asked most of my questions online and was told that someone would check into it and would contact me, they didnt call me back so i got back on their website only to find that the car is still for sale, but at a higher price ! now they are asking $8924. for the car, so i was set to purchase for $7,000. cash so they raise the price and still have not communicated with me horrible customer service

No Response, No Communication

Scammers

This is the worse place ever they sell lemon cars they are total scammers!! Horrible experience!!! Margaret is absolutely rude and Steve is a liar!!! I had the most awful experience

This customer purchased a 2014 Jeep Cherokee sport back in June, 2020. She sent a text to us stating "THANK YOU SO MUCH I LOVE THE CAR! & Thanks for answering all my questions and being informative thank your wife too" We gave her a copy of the Auto Check report which had no issues. The car check out by a reputable Automotive service center. She contacted us several months later that the check engine light came on and wanted her money back. We explained to her in detail at the time of purchase what the contract means and what the Buyers guide states.AS IS- NO DEALER WARRANTY" She signed it with no problem. She had no money for a service contract. This customer still owes us 500.00 Dollars which is past due. We have tried to help her find a different car since she doe's not want to keep the car which is working fine. Her expectations for a different vehicle are unrealistic for her price range. We are far from scanners we a small boutique dealership just my husband and I. We went way out of our way to help this customer even giving her 5 months to pay us the remaining balance. We are sorry she chooses to be not truthful and writing damaging and defaming comments.
