They first lost track of the vehicle among their various dealer lots then they sold the vehicle out from under me to a local buyer. Why should cars.com exist if the dealer doesn't put a "hold" on the vehicle for the internet purchaser.

I highly recommend this Dealership. I was relaxed and was very comfortable when I went in. Dan Beneventi, Great Salesman, he listened to me and helped me with my questions and made sure I got what I wanted. No pressure tactics. That alone had me sold on buying a vehicle from him. Dan also was great with communicating with me as I didn't leave with the vehicle that day. I had to go back the following Saturday to get it. I had many chances to buy a vehicle in the last two months from other dealerships but the salesman or general manager was rude and I don't put up with that. Austin, title clerk, was great also. I can't say enough to how comfortable and easy the process was at Willis Automotive! Give them the chance and you'll be happy.

This was my first time buying a vehicle from a dealership. I went in to look at a truck that had a recall so it could not be purchased at that time. After discussing my requirements for a new/used vehicle with Brad Harrison (sales man) we found a truck that had just come in that I liked. Brad started the process of buying that vehicle with me and did an amazing job with details. Throughout our contact during the entire process he was very quick to respond with the many questions I had. He helped me along through the process and let me know more about the vehicle as they had not yet taken it through their service department to get checked for problems it may have. Brad made the entire process very enjoyable for me and I really enjoyed getting to know him a bit more while we discussed the vehicle. I highly recommend this dealership and Brad Harrison especially.

I’m in the market for a blue low mileage f150 and Willis Chevrolet had the truck I’ve been looking for. Being from south of Kansas City I’m over 3.5 hours away. We negotiated over the phone and came to an agreement on price. I asked multiple times for pictures of any damage to the truck and they assured me that it was clean, so I made the trip up to granger cash in hand. When I got there the truck had an abnormal amount of rock chips on the fender flares, to a point that the whole flare would have to be replaced, their were holes drilled all over the front grill and even plastic coming off the truck on the rear driver side and a front fender flare coming off. This truck was not as advertised!! They have a shady used car lot if they call this truck clean. I guess I learned my lesson on dealing with out of town dealerships.

The Willis dealership in Granger Iowa was very professional, organized, and customer friendly. Brad B. sold me a Chevy Colorado and the experience was enjoyable. Purchases in the past with different companies were not positive. I strongly recommend Brad B. and his straight forward approach and the other team members at Willis in Granger.
