Unprofessional behaviors from A to Z . They promised to honor a price we agreeed in writing , I am driving 2 hours to finalize the agreement and upon arrival , start adding options they never mentioned … and useless ! Won’t recommend them !

The mobile service was very well performed!

The mobile service was very well performed! The young man called a head of time and arrived just as indicated. I appreciated it.

I loved this dealership.

I loved this dealership. Maybe not as big and fancy as others, but everyone was so nice, and knowledgeable and NOT PUSHY! Scott listened to us, and didn't pressure us. I felt very comfortable, unlike other dealerships. Would definitely come back again!

Manny Hernandez took care of all the stress that of purchasing my Truck. Performance ford is the best place in Los Angeles county to purchase a New Ford, Certified Ford, Truck, Car, SUV, or electric vehicle. Located in West Covina but serving all whom want to get a great deal near Los Angeles. It was a short drive from chino hills to their location. Manny Hernandez the Fleet Director took my calls, my emails, and answered every question with detail and care. On Monday March 4th, 2024.

On Monday March 4th, 2024. My vehicle was towed into Performance Ford-Weat Covina. Battery held no charge. Vehicle was diagnosed not once but twice. They couldn’t find the problem til the second diagnosis. Coming up with an after market part installed. I have had my vehicle serviced with Performance Ford and yes they did install a rear view camera only part ever changed in my vehicle. I went in on March 7th to pick up my vehicle and was handed paper work when I asked Carlos the service manager what was done to my vehicle he had a problem with telling me what was done to my vehicle. He stated it’s in the paper work. At the end of the day my Low Jack was removed without my permission. I have called to speak to the general manager and left messages and still no call back. My advice to others stay away from this place but else where. They will charge you for service that fall under warranty and break into your vehicle well having work done.

Carlos and his staff in service are top notch people. Once you purchase your truck, you rarely interact with anyone from sales, rather always with the service staff. Carlos and his staff represent your dealership in a positive and professional manner.

My experience with Performance Ford dealership was

My experience with Performance Ford dealership was incredibly disappointing. They slyly added $1000 for a LoJack, promised it for free, but it was never installed, and I had to pay for the subscription bill. To make matters worse, my EV car was missing the promised charging cable. Despite the sales manager's assurances, it's now delayed by an extra 2 weeks. Reviews from others suggest a consistent pattern of deception. Don't trust a single word from this dealership. Even the owner's standard response for these reviews does nothing to address the fact that their sales team thrives on dishonesty, driven solely by a desire for more commission. My advice: steer clear of Performance Ford dealership at all costs. I'm escalating this issue to Ford HQ and noting their absence from the BBB.

We are a local Concrete Construction Company with a small

We are a local Concrete Construction Company with a small fleet of Ford Trucks and cars. Our trucks are always out of a project but we needed to get one in for a minor recall issue. Due to the weather, it was a perfect day to get it in to get this recall resolved yesterday. I called and took a chance asking if they could possibly squeeze us in. They said to bring it right down and the girls in the service department called to the guys to come and get it and get it done so we wouldn't have to wait too long. What a great experience!! The DMV tags were days from being due but I couldn't get the registration without that recall being addressed. It all worked out so well. A big shout out to Fiona Doran in the Service Department. She knows her stuff and understands the needs of the customer. We can't thank her enough for making that happen yesterday.
