Avoid Team Honda of Acadian

Horrible experience purchasing a used vehicle from Team Honda of Acadian. We drove 7 hours to purchase this vehicle. We were told everything would be ready when we got to the dealership, they were still working on financing 30 minutes before. This was the most unorganized purchase of a vehicle. Tracey was very unprofessional, raising his voice, trying to collect money over the phone they apparently missed when we signed the paperwork a week and a half earlier.

Avoid Team Honda of Acadian

Horrible experience purchasing a used vehicle from Team Honda of Acadian. We drove 7 hours to purchase this vehicle. We were told everything would be ready when we got to the dealership, they were still working on financing 30 minutes before. This was the most unorganized purchase of a vehicle. Avoid Team Honda of Acadiana

If I could give 0 stars, I would. We went there in November 2021 to buy a new Honda Accord, as my wife had a newborn baby, and it was time to get a safe, new vehicle. Of course, "due to pandemic and supply shortages, we will order your Accord." Team Honda of Acadiana took a non-refundable $1,000 deposit from me in November to "hold" the Accord that "was going to be built for us", with the promise that this reserved Accord would arrive in January 2022 "at the latest, maybe it will come in December", they said. Well, January came and went. Then February 2022 came and went, and Team Honda of Acadiana is telling my wife and I that the car "Might be here in March 2022." In my 30 years of buying cars, from Toyotas, other Hondas to Lexus, I have never seen such TERRIBLE SERVICE from a Dealership. If you can deal with a different Honda dealer, please do! Honda is a great product, but you must AVOID TEAM HONDA OF ACADIANA!

Efficient, personable experience

Darrell and his team stayed late after we got stuck in traffic on our way to purchase a used vehicle. Not only did we get amazing service, but we also got an amazing deal on a beautiful vehicle!
