Not happy with the service
I called with an appointment for a oil change at 10:15am. My wife took her car in early, was there at 10:00am. A lady customer pulled in behind her. My wife went to the waiting room, my wife informed me that everyone in the waiting room was approached at some point while waiting on her car to be done. The lady that was behind my wife, her car was done and she left, my wife waited 30+ minutes after the other lady left. I am not happy with this kind of service and will be going to different Chevrolet dealer to have our car service for oil changes or maintenance issues. We are in the market for another car for our son, but this incident has me looking at other places for another vehicle and will not be back to Route 66 or refer friends or family

Good Service
Darrick did a great job, he did anything he could to help us just had to wait a long time to get in the financial office once in Hal was very nice and informative, and had to wait a long to get it detailed.

Car detailing, oil change
Hello. I have always been treated well at route 66 esp. Mr. Ken and some of the guys. When i first bought my new car. I was told wrong information in the sale and I find out later, the interest on the loan was more than twice the total purchase of the car I feel. I was over charged but my stupidity. I was told that my car would be detailed, I asked could they do that after I'd had the car n needed it detailed. Everytime i went in to ask about the detail which was quite a few times and was always told someone would get back to me. I never I mean never got a response it was right before winter i went in and was told the salesman that sold me the car wasnt there anymore but why would that affect me getting my car detailed? I got my car in March 2018. A 2018 chev spark. I gave up when it became obvious i was beating a dead horse. And I love horses I wouldnt continue but with the angst from them never keeping their word of the detail. Only once I went in for oil change which they didnt do it correctly I found oil leaking in the driveway of an old lady i check on, whose driveway has no oil stains. I took it back and they told me that something wasn't put on right and they fixed it. The service department is the best. I love the way I'm treated there, but my detail and the wrong information upon sales. I know ignorance is no defense but i still want my car detailed I dont care how long ago it was never never never given to me as promisedwhat can be done. I'll be waiting and probably as usual won't be contacted. I got a post card from the president or the executive asking me if i needed anything or had questions to contact him i left my name a number at least 3 times, never heard a peep from him.

Took 7 hours to get oil changed and a flat fixed drive 2 mil
Waste of my time going there. Waited 7 hours for oil change and a flat fixed. Got the screw pulled out and found out they put a plug in it which is definately the incorrect way to fix a large oversized mud tire. I repair tires all the time I could have done this myself. 2 miles down the road in horrible pouring rain the plug comes out and goes flat again. Was in the process of purchasing an RV a few miles away, after 7 hours this caused us to miss our time, had to rent a hotel to get the RV the next day. Could go on but feel that this survey is a waste of my time also.

Oil change and tire rotation.
Good, efficient and fast service! Did 27 point check and oil change and tire rotation. Also checked wheel alignment. Did not wash car or vacuum. But asked after the fact and I declined.

Genuinely Kind Salesmen/Finance
Easy and quick car buying process. Very accomodating and professional. Christian, our sakesman, and the finance personell were not pushy or aggressive. It was a great experience and will recommend them to others.

The service was great the personnel was excellent. Ken greeted me When we got there and Lee took care of our needs excellent team work .
Disappointed
Took in 3 Series BMW for replacement of rear window regulator. A day later, service advisor informed me during repair, a door was left open resulting in the need of a new battery (At MY expense). Upon picking up my vehicle, I was unable to leave dealership. Dashboard went nuts. Had to purchase an alternator. A $368 window regulator repair turned into a total of $1,000!
