I felt like I was not welcome and sales person we

I felt like I was not welcome and sales person we approached not willing to help me to buy the car I want. Take note, we approached him first and not him approached us. Sales person did not great us very well instead he was looking at his phone and stayed on his phone for a minute. His name is Sunny. Because of what I felt. I went to other dealership in Vacaville and bought my new RAV4 that day. Bad customer service equlized to lost of business. That’s my experience anyway.

Brandon an excellent service rep!

Brandon an excellent service rep! Wiil call him next Time I need service. The only thing I would add is that Hanlees needs a wheel alignment machine for the tundra Toyota’s

They didn't tell me I needed to empty trunk or car.

They didn't tell me I needed to empty trunk or car. They emptied entire car and then after DUMPED everything into trunk. Looked like it has been ransacked. Also left rear sear protector out and promised to return and didn't so I had to buy a new one. After I complained the "svc rep" threw me a business card for the vallejo guy saying I had to go there. I said I'm not driving to vallejo. He just brushes me off. He was also "going to look into the TPMS problem" and dropped that subject. No thanks.
