Roman at R&J Automotive made this experience as flawless as he possibly could. I came all the way from Virginia to Pennsylvania to purchase my 2015 BMW 328i. I could not have asked for better customer service. Roman picked me up from the train station in my new ride before driving 20 minutes back to his dealership. He spoke with me the entire ride and answered any and all of my questions and concerns. After test driving the vehicle myself—I was officially convinced how legit this guy was. Don’t be scared just because the price is lower than you would expect. Roman is a BMW guru. He really knows his stuff! He has been working on and selling BMW’s for a very long & he is good at what he does. My car is in almost perfect condition aside from a few wear and tare scratches. You can rest assured and confidently work with Roman knowing he has your best intentions in mind.
