I found our vehicle online and started from there. I got a quick response from Derrick who researched my questions and got back to me very in a timely manner. The price of the vehicle was very reasonable. The finance worker that helped us was also very friendly (Mike, I believe). We had as pleasant of a car buying experience as you could have. I definitely recommend this dealer!

My fiance Ronnie, and I, went in to the dealership with a card we had received in the mail about possibly winning prizes. We also just wanted to look around. We were met by salesman, Joe Diaz. He was very pleasant, friendly and helpful. We started looking around and with Joe's informative input we were very much leaning toward buying. We had discussed buying cars before but I had planned to wait a while. Joe let us test drive a Dodge Dart Rallye and I fell in love with it. Ronnie really liked it too. Mike was able to offer a deal on the car, but I am the type of person that has to let things 'digest' before acting. Mike made the offer very tempting but I still wanted to 'sleep on it'. He let us test drive the car home with the promise we would come in the next day after work with our decision. Ronnie and I discussed things at home and came to the conclusion that we wanted to buy 'two' cars. He needed reliable transportation to go to work and my son needed a more reliable car at school. We decided to trade my son's car in and I would give my son my 2009 Corolla that I was driving so I could get a new car. The next afternoon we came back to the dealership and bought two Dodge Dart Rallyes. Ronnie got a Tungsten Gray and I got a White. We are both very happy with our cars. The sales people were very informative and professional, but they were not too 'pushy'. They picked up on my need to 'digest' my decision and respected that. In the end, we 'doubled' their sale. I wish all sales people would operate like that.

Taylor & Sean were AWESOME. The Dodge Journey was a BLESSING. The price was perfect. The color was (not my favorite), but the deal was too good to pass up. The paperwork process was easy. In and out of the dealership with a 2013 Dodge Journey in less than 2 1/2 hours. PRICELESS!

Mr. Guy was extremely friendly and cooperative. He had been away from the business for some time due to illness and was not completely familiar with all the attributes of the car I was buying but got me the help I needed from associates. It took more time than I thought necessary to complete the purchase but I lay the cause of the delays more to those whom Mr. Guy had to consult with than to Mr. Guy himself.

My husband and I were happy when we picked up the car,then later that day we discovered we did not get the racetrack taillights,the 9speaker sound system and some things we did not ask for with the optional choices we made, for example sun roof,child safty seats,garage door opener. OUR question is were these things substuted so you could give us the price we accepted. Thank you ANNE

I believe my salesman, was POPE, and although he did a exceptional job in finding a vehicle for my wife and I. I feel he missed the most important part, and that was to make me very familiar with my vehicle and what all the on-board system can and will do. Other than that our experience was exceptional. For instance " I ask Mr Pope about the instrument panel, and he suggested I read the owners manual. Well I did and as you know there are several models of this car, so I could not find exactly what I was looking for. Other than this, our experience was fantastic and I would recommend your dealership to anyone. The Dodge Avenger is a wonderful car, it rides very well, I will be able to experience more in a few days. I have to go to my doctor in Montgomery, at that point, I will be able to experience much more on the open highway for over 100 miles. But overall, I love my car, Mr pope picked out for me and I love the process, with the only exception is what I mentioned above.
