Monique Agoora, internet sales , worst sales person I have ever encountered. Rude, arrogant . Unprofessional and uneducated regarding her own inverntory Was ready to buy a VW Buzz today but Monique was not able to verify discounts which are posted on their homepage . Hope that the conversation was recorded so the management and owner have a chance to listen to her arrogance Pretty sure the dealership lost a lot of sales in the past because of her They lost my deal

Didn't know the name of the sales person, didn't know the
Didn't know the name of the sales person, didn't know the name of the manager, my deal wasn't honored unless I took financing, the manuals were not given to me, the 2nd key doesn't work, a horrible experience and I would NEVER recommend the dealership EVER!!

Very happy with Monique in sales and Scott in service.
Very happy with Monique in sales and Scott in service. Very unhappy with Ricky in credit. I left messages on his phone and sent emails and texts with no responses. I left there with my new car but no paperwork. Was told he would email it to me. I left so many messages but did not receive paperwork for 4 days after I asked Monique for a copy. Then I received it and it was wrong. We had to make two more incessasary trips there to finally get resolution because Ricky would not respond. Extremely unprofessional. I do mortgages for a living and would have no clients with this unacceptable way he handles his clients.
