Never listen to me and my car problems.
Never listen to me and my car problems. They don’t like me because I’m a pain in the xxx due to complaining about issues they don’t want to address at the end they are not willing to take my car anymore which they should because I’m a customer of VW and still have several issues. John is unhelpful and tech are disgusting calling me piece of xxxx deep xxxx mother xxxxer. Yes I do have it on dash cam. Talking about me that way. And recognizing that yes there is legit the problem I have.

Expect to have a long wait and demeaning experience. If you do not have a minimum of a week to commit to the dealer I would rethink. They are however, helpful in some areas so there was a small light at the end of the tunnel.
