Very happy customer - I highly recommend Snell

I would highly recommend Snell's auto due to great customer service - including professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful staff. Specifically, Emily Brennan and Jackie Taylor who both listened to my needs, and helped steer me away from making the wrong choice (I was looking for a "beater" truck and was prepared to spend up to about $10,000 - and I had found one online which was there when I got there, but upon seeing it, I quickly realized it was not in good condition and it wasn't the truck for me). Emily helped me talk through xxxxxxand con's of moving into a higher price range (up to $21k) and she recommended the truck that I ultimately bought (a 2012 Ram in great condition with 125k miles) and I couldn't be happier. It's everything I wanted and more, and I feel like it was a fantastic bargain. I felt valued as a customer, and I've never had a better vehicle shopping experience. They even did the license plate, title, tags, etc. all right there - I didn't even have to go to a notary. Thank you Snell - keep up the great work!

WOW!!

I asked Loren" how are the brakes?" She replied "Great. I drove it myself, and they were fine."Now I bought this vehicle "AS IS" but does that include deceiving the customer? Halfway home (75 mi) the front end started to shake. 5 miles from home the brakes locked up when I applied the brakes. Now really does AS IS mean yea, crap shoot? Worst of all, I spoke to an associate the day before and was told it might need a calipher ,but not right away. So as nice as these ladies are REALLY BE WARNED ABOUT THE TRUTH!!
