This dealership is a pure scam. We bought a car from them, found the body guard was bad, they promised to fix it but didnt. on getting home we discovered the remote couldn't lock the door. I called back same day, they asked we bring it back next day since we left while they were closing. Returned the car next day, after three days they asked us to come get it as it has been fixed. Only to get there and nothing has been done. They claimed theyborder for the key, but they only told us so when we discovered they never fixed it. After much plea we took the car home and had it parked because they promised one week. After one week we discovered it was all a delay tactics to keep us tied to the faulty car, so we returned it back to them and asked for a refund of our deposit. They promised to fix the car and pay the one month car note and cost of insurance since the van wasn't used. Another two weeks passed but they never fixed the car. Yesterday we went there and was disrespected by Kevin, he walked out on us. He is the main person behind the fraud. Today, he asked us to come get the check for the one month car note and insurance, only to get there and he went back on his word. The trouble this dealership has caused us is beyond comprehension. I came here to drop a review and saw the negative review of many others. This are pure scammers. Avoid this guys at all cost.

They owe me money from dec 2023. Today is February 3, 2025. All they do is give me the run around when i call. Ok sam, John, and tanna where is my money!!!!!!!! I did what was asked of me now give me what was promised and OWED to me. Is finance ever open cause they answer when I call or been transfered to...one time I stayed on hold for 45 min and NO ONE came...called backed and no one answered...can I have my money please

a VERY shady DEALERSHIP. I put down a $2500 deposit on a vehicle but decided to go against getting a new car at the time, when I called to ask about a refund, I was told I had to come in and bring my bank card. I came into the dealership on a Saturday with my card as requested just for them to tell me they would process the refund on Monday and JOHN would text me the receipt. HE never did. He doesn't respond to text, and when I call, I'm placed on hold. I don't understand the issue with them processing my refund. I DO NOT RECCOMMEND THIS COMPANY AT ALL.

Long story short. Vehicle would cost me like 4k more because of processing fees. Apparently dealer is doing me a favor by selling the car and I have to pay for it 24, not 20k (listed price) When this xx will finally become illegal?

I inquired about a vehicle for sale. I received multiple text, and emails from Ana. I asked her to confirm the vehicle location, that it was already inspected, cleaned and ready for sale. Anna confirmed everything then made me a 4:30pm appointment for the Temple Hills Location. I drove 30 minutes to the Temple Hills Location, waited another 10 minutes, then found out that the vehicle was at the Laurel location. I then drove 30 minutes back home. This lady wasted 1hr and 10 minutes of my time for a car that I didn’t even get to see. From past bad experience I even asked her to make sure the car was at the Temple Hills location and was ready to go. Just straight incompetence and unprofessionalism. Please don’t go to any of their locations without speaking to a manager 1st.

Listed car for $26,985, show up for a test drive and they add over $3000 to the price. Total waist of my time!

They sold me a car with multiple issues, I'm sure they cheat on the car inspections. The warranty also isn't “bumper to bumper”. They are intentionally scamming people for commissions.

Worst dealership in America. Stay far far away !!!! Complete fraud ! No ownership, people don’t even work there everything about this place is a scam

Agree with other reviews. Fraudulent dealership that sells luxurious lemons. Bought a vehicle from them that literally within a WEEK of purchase started having issues. Now looking at several thousands in repairs and Amko won’t assist. Absolutely AWFUL experience.

Absolute worst dealership I’ve ever worked with !! Still need help With my car and get ahold of a single person. Please close them down.
