Dealer ship would not respond or help with hidden issues, finance guy told us Gap was included in loan and didn't disclose price of $999.00 and didn't give us any of the paperwork that breaks down the loan. Also didn't go over added warranty just added it to the loan without going over options. We are very honest people and just feel this dealership was not the same.

Don't buy From Bellingham Nissan or take them to their
Don't buy From Bellingham Nissan or take them to their service center. In less than 1 year I've had 2 issues that crippled a 2 year old Nissan Rogue. The 1st one took 6 weeks to fix because the part was only available from the factory and only made them in limited runs. The second time a head gasket failed which flooded the engine, turbo, and catalytic converter wrecking all 3. $12.5k is the cost to fix it, thankfully the extended warranty I purchased will cover. keep in mind the car was just over 2 years old when the second incident happened. The service department people were nice but it took a month to just get my car taken apart and diagnosed. Now Nissan doesn't even have a all the parts needed to repair it available and it wont be available to purchase from Nissan for until another 3 weeks. So there will be 2-3 months that i have been paying for a car that i can't drive due to horrible quality controls by Nissan and a service center that doesn't seem to grasp the bind its customers are in when they have a car out of commission.

I ended up purchasing a used Chevy Trax, I have come to find out the dealership sold me a car with issues they " Bellingham Nissan" covered up. The car had an exhaust completely dislocated causing a code for a bad catalytic converter the code was erased and not repaired disclosed. Bellingham Nissan gave me an inspection report with several issue as simple as an air cleaner and they would not repair or replace, to me this is bad business and this business I will never recommend. At the very least sell a used car that people don't have to immediately spend more money on like I did, all they do is turn and burn. I called and asked for help with these matters only to be turned away, just another shady dealership stay away.
