No Hidden Fees, Good inventory. No one was pushy there. I knew what I wanted and I got it. The guy at finance helps me understand how to manage my payment and all.

Sorry to say, I would give a zero stars if I could. Purchased a car back in 1/23 and Victor was my salesman and finance rep. He told me the owner never buys cars with problems and rest assured all his vehicles are in top shape. Well my car is burning a quart of oil every 100 miles when I checked the oil about 10 days later. Oil was pitch black from carbon deposits and 11/2 quarts low. Check engine light came on few days later and almost got stranded. The sparkplug tips were covered in gunk and pcv valve was stuck due to thick oil burnt deposits. I'm sure they knew about this and still sold me the vehicle. They did zero maintenance on the car. Warranty I paid 2,500, does not cover oil leaks due to seals and gaskets! Victor said it would. Filed a complaint with Dallas BBB, their response, warranty should cover it and sold As Is! I am stuck with a car I have no idea when it will stop running!

Checked out the 2016 Ford Focus and no where on the description of the car or notes did it say it had hail damage. Really bad dings in the car from hood to back end. To fix the problem would come out of pocket. Was really sad to see the condition of the car in person when the car online looked like an amazing deal.
