I purchased a car from Elite Motor Cars of Miami more than 2 weeks ago on August 11th. The vehicle was a 2017 Toyota Tacoma from their Colorado location. After paying their deposit and making a wire transfer in full for $17,000 , they later disclosed to me that in fact they do not have the title for the vehicle and it will take an unknown amount of time for them to obtain a title. They never told me I am purchasing a car without title or certificate. To make matters worse, they never told me the address where I can pick up the vehicle from. They offered me a shipping quote with one of their car transporters for $750 to the Chicago area. I told them I am not interested and will let me know if I decide for them to ship it. I later found several shipping quotes on Central Dispatch which finds other car porters and drivers to deliver to car for much cheaper , some for $350 for vehicles of a similar size. After 2 days since purchasing the car, I called them once again to ask where is the pick up address and they told me the vehicle has aleady been shipped by their car transporter and I have to pay them $750 cash when it arrives to our address. I have never requested for them to ship the car I purchased without my knowledge or consent. After being forced to pay the $750 to receive the car which they left me with no other choice, I called them to inquire about the situation. First I spoke with Ingris who asured me they will take care of the problem. We exchanged emails for 2 days where she promised me a resolution, then stopped responding. I called them again to speak with a manager and was transfered to Maine - ext 605. He assured me that on the recored phone calls they will check to make sure I did not in fact request for them to ship my vehicle so that they can refund the the difference in the price they forced me to pay. I called Maine for 3 days consecutively for a resolution with no response. He then transfered me to the title manager - Yaima who told me she will resolve the situation. The title manager also told me I should receive the title within a few weeks with no exact date. I called Yaima a day later to resolve their shipping mistake and she rudely hung up on my phone call after she tried to claim no responsibility. I tried to call back several times throught the following week with no response , calls always going to their voicemails. I spoke with Franco last who claimed to be a manager , who was not able to help me in any way other than transferring my call to another voicemail extension once again. It has now been 3 weeks since I purchased this 2017 Toyota Tacoma and I still have no title for it , no information about the title and no resolution for the amount I was forced to overpay for one of their shipping partners. I was promised by Maine that once they check the recorded phone calls which prove I never requested for them to ship it , that they will refund my $500 initial deposit. Instead I was told they made a mistake and I was going to have to pay for it as their customer. This has been a very unprofessional and time consuming experience for a rather large purchase. I expect better customer service at the least. Instead they took the $17,000 and left me with no actual documents for the vehicle rather than a Bill of Sale which has absolutely no value. Elite Motor Cars of Miami left me stuck with no option but to pay their car transporter and now deal with additional storage fees since without a title we can not ship this vehicle to its client overseas. They are very unprofessional and hard to deal with. Buyers beware

I was trying to buy a 4runner from them but they misstated the true amount of damage that it actually had. Stay away from them unless you want to lose your money.

This place it the BEST. I was able to buy a used brown 2000 Honda Civic for only $9,800. They were really nice. They only made me pay roughly $5,000 up front. The car had only 113,000 miles on it. Overall a great experience. I was going through some rough times with some of my wives, and these guys really came through for me.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS!!!! FRAUDULENT PEOPLE!! I saw a truck on their website and contacted the DEALER BY PHONE. I salesperson named CRISTIAN VERAS was helping me with the process of purchasing this vehicle!!! They asked to make multiple deposits into their different banks accounts! THEY PLAYED SMART! After I made all the deposits and trusting them with my money, NO VEHICLE, NO MONEY!!! Guess what ? I came to the dealer personally and spoke to SANTIAGO, the owner, he told me that CRISTIAN wasn’t working for them anymore and he took my money! REALLY??? They were offering me CRISTIAN home address and a “GPS” they have in order to find him and fight for my money!!! MOTHERF*******!!! They gave me a vehicle that belongs to CRISTIAN’s father. Not I don’t want this Jeep I want the vehicle I purchased!!! This people are playing with the customer money!!!! They gave me a similar vehicle that they bought from a AUTO BODY SHOP named COLOR MAX! An abandoned vehicle with not a clean title!!! When I came to ELITE MOTOR, guess what ? CRSTIAN WAS THERE!! Still working for them! I called the officers!! they trying to hide CRISTIAN, but you know what I don’t care, when I started the business was with ELITE MOTORS, not Cristian!!! xxxxxxxx!!! SCAMER!!! THIEF!!! FRAUDULENT BUSINESS! Don’t play with ppl money!!! LAW SUIT AND BBB REPORT!!! xxxxxxxxxxxxx!!!!

These people are crooks they buy vehicles from Copart auction with salvage title at 1/4 th of the price and try to rip people off! After doing some research They bought a Mercedes g63 amg for 23k on auction and were selling it for 68k. and the ting is they don’t even budge on the price as if the vehicle is really worth what they’re asking for it with a salvage title 😂 DONT DEAL WITH THESE SCAMMERS TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE!!!

Has an inspection done on a lamborghini before purchase it THANK GOD. The inspection showed 5 times more wrong with the car than they had stated. Tried to keep my deposto after he said if the inspection wasn't what he said it would be refunded. Liars. Read the other reviews

This dealership doesnt deserve 1 STAR, but 1/16th of a STAR wasnt an option. LIARS, SCAMMERS, UGLY HUMAN BEINGS...that sums up what this dealership is all about. Do yourself a favor and buy your next ride from ANYONE but this dealership.
