No pressure from the very hospitable sales staff, however the dealer add-ons (pre-sale service fee, taxes and title and another charge I can't remember) were a surprise that added about 40 percent to the price of the car. It was for an in-demand 2006 low-mileage Corolla listed at $4,995. There was another potential buyer waiting on the lot! Guess buying from a dealership includes these charges. Wish we were able to make a deal. Maybe next time.

Dealer is Awesome
I got a 2014 Kia Sportage with 36k miles. The sales rep Jose was friendly and was upfront from the very beginning. The entire staff was upfront with costs and not try to hid any fees, like other dealerships are doing in this bad car environment we are in. Go check them outa! They won’t steer you wrong. 🤣🤣🤣

ANY BUYER BEWARE - PLEASE READ
First purchased my car In June , few issues with the car and was assured they would be fixed.. My car has been brought back to Car Point numerous amounts of times and each time the car has had the same reoccurring problems after an hour of picking up my vehicle. Carlos Cerquiera our sales man advised me my car was brought to One Stop BMW and the problem has been resolved only to find out thankfully to technology and having a camera installed my car was never brought there nor worked on but used for another guy working at Car Point to run personal errands .. All ON CAMERA ! Carlos quickly tried to change his words after confirming with BMW my car was never there to “a guy with a BMW jacket came in and handed my keys to him”. When confronted in person he then changed it to he was told all this😂. How many stories one man can say and each time be so contradictory .. I now had to make a police report regarding the illegal use of my car, contacted a lawyer regarding the illegal use of my car and false repairs represented by the dealership giving all videos and text messages from Carlos. I advise all customers, yes they seem to represent themselves in a respectful manner and seem like they are making necessary adjustments to make you feel like a top customer BUT it is LIES ! Be wise always ask them for a diagnostic report of what was wrong in the first place and what has been repaired.. They will not give you one if you do not ask.. The real questions is HOW MANY CUSTOMERS DO THEY GET AWAY WITH SOMETHING LIKE THIS ! I’ll await my response, I've noticed your company has used Covid as the excuse of all other customer complaints.. CANT USE COVID FOR THIS ONE ! If I am to get that same response I will then upload screenshots of conversations representing everything I’ve said is 💯 True statements.
