Had a great buying experience here - Leon was great, helped me figure out exactly what would make sense and no pressure at all. Everyone was friendly, waiting area had a charging station and some activities for kids which helped immensely since I had my son with me. Initially I called the dealership and spoke to Mr. Cook. I asked him a few questions and he answered them without the normal aggressive behavior of a car salesman. He simple stated that he would be glad to help me with further questions if I needed him. He eventually talked me into coming in to test drive the Tuscon and I stated I would in an hour, but I showed up in maybe 20 minutes. I spoke to Mr. Cook, told him what I wanted and we walked the car lot to see if I could find something that I was interested in. It took about 20 minutes. I found a car I liked and Mr. Cook wrote up the sale. I did tell him that I only had an hour or two that I had an appointment. He had me done by that necessary time and I drove off the lot with a new car. That was the fastest, easiest, most comfortable experience that I've ever had as it relates to buying a car.

Very happy with my car buying experience and new SUV. Salesman was very pleasant to work with, friendly no pressure. Would recommend this salesman and dealership to others.

I'm not really much for review. I knew what car I wanted, I ask for it, they showed me the car, we did some paperwork, and after about an hour, I drove off in my new car.

Very pleased with purchase and hoping Ideal will continue to be our dealership of choice for service as well as purchase. There was a defect with headlight and prompt attention by service department and will be replaced this week.

Very pleasant experience. I was familiar with the leasing process, as I had previously leased a 2015 Genesis from this same dealership. Both Robert Ocasio and Teresa Foster were very courteous and professional. Robert Ocasio went above and beyond by spending two hours with my husband and me explaining all of the features of the 2018 Genesis that had been added since the 2015 model year. We will definitely recommend Robert to our family and friends!
