GREAT SERVICE

My experience here was great! Test drove a car I liked, and then we got straight to business! Would recommend family and friends to buy from JFAM motors!

Shady lot...shady people...🤬

I recently bought a suburu from Jfam, test drove it and fell in love! I put 10k down, signed the papers and did everything right on my end. Months went by and I was waiting for registration so I could pay for my tags. I contacted them multiple times, but no response 😕 weeks go by and come to find out the odometer was rolled back more then 10,000 miles. When I finally drove down to the lot more then 2 hours away, they blamed it on the auction. In addition, they did not comply with DMV. So they bought the car back from the finance company. So now I have no title..no registration, and no gaurantee that ill see any of the cash from my down payment or the 10,000 I put into the suburu. What really alarmed me was his comment when I arrived at the car lot. "If anything happens to the vehicle I am the one reliable. Your a nice guy, please look out for me, and u will get your car back" Then they led me to some old suburu that I had absolutely no interest in, and tried to pursue me into trading out the suburu for the old suburu to save their xxxxx. Since then I had to hire a lawyer to resolve this issue. Moral of the story...Don't purchase a vehicle from these shady xxx people!!!

Horrible

They lie and will sell you a piece of junk. I needed new parts immediately after I bought my car and they did nothing about it.

They will sell you an unsafe car.

The dealer, Adam, was super nice, but I sadly got advantage of. This was my first time buying a car and my dog had just passed away that week. I'd hope that would bring about some decency. The car sold to me had 3000 miles on it than advertised on their website. It also had a broken seatbelt and a broken transmission mount that I didn't discover until after buying the car. The cost was 770.41 worth of damages. Also, the $1874 warranty that they sold me didn't cover much of anything and didn't even start for 45 days until after buying the car. I called them for a week to try and get this taken care of, but they kept saying they'd call me back and nothing ever happened. I gave them 7 days before posting this review. The lender that they also used has a poor reputation and I didn't even know who it was until I made several calls to find out after. They also didn't provide me a sticker to show the car was bought. I could have been pulled over by the police and gotten into trouble. They had to mail it to me. Also, I had to drive the car 60 miles to get a passing smog check and pay part of the those fees. When signing for the car, I felt that the paperwork wasn't explained enough to me. It was just a quick "sign here" "initial here" I tried to be nice about everything, but not getting back in touch with me over the broken transmission mount pushed me to my limit. I seriously would not by a car here. I could have gotten into an accident and severely hurt with a broken transmission mount.

Good cars and good customer service.

Their customer service is great, the manager will go the extra mile to find the car you are looking for. He is very friendly, ask for Willy when you go.

Do not go there

I have paid them over $3500 and the car I bought is no good. And I still owe them money for a car that doesn't work.
