I called with my problem with my front sensors and had an

I called with my problem with my front sensors and had an appointment 2 days later . The service advisor saw what the problem could be and got into the shop right away . It was a bad front parking sensor due to a stone chip . Part was installed and programmed . I was on my way

Nice, our salesman was excellent.

Nice, our salesman was excellent. He?s new in the sales department, but was excellent. When we asked a question, if he didn?t know the answer, he would go and ask. Would highly recommend him to any of our friends, who are looking for a great car and a real nice salesman.

Great experience with Melbourne Acura super comfortable

Great experience with Melbourne Acura super comfortable waiting area. The service experience is super professional. I was in for an A1 service on my RDX I was in and out in no time.

The complimentary car wash left my car in the same dirty

The complimentary car wash left my car in the same dirty and pollinated state it was in. I asked if it was even washed and they tried to sell me the detail experience. I was surprised they gave me my car to drive out of there as dirty as it was. Asked them to investigate about a sound I?ve been hearing and apparently that?s not part of the included inspection they do, so was told it would cost over $100 for them to look at it. It?s funny because a year ago they didn?t charge me when I asked them to take a look at the exact same thing.

After a misunderstanding regarding a warranty issue, the service manager personally stepped in to clarify everything and ensured that the necessary repairs were taken care of. Not only was the issue resolved, but they also addressed the damage that had occurred, making sure my vehicle was restored to the condition it should have been in from the start. What truly impressed me was their commitment to customer satisfaction. Even after a negative review was initially submitted, the service manager reached out, took my concerns seriously, and made things right. That level of professionalism and dedication speaks volumes about the integrity of Acura of Melbourne?s service team. I am extremely satisfied with how everything was handled, and I deeply appreciate their effort in making things right. It?s clear that they truly care about their customers, and I wouldn?t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a dealership that values honesty, respect, and excellent service.
