The worst phone interaction I've had with a dealership! I asked for some information about one of there vehicles. The salesman was rude and seem like he didn't want to be there. I talked about making a cash offer to see if they would lower the price. The salesman stated they no and if i couldn't afford it buy something some where else, then hung-up on me. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.

Went to look at a Subaru Impreza listed online. Car looked like it was in good shape online and was told it was in great working order. Paid $100 to reserve the car as we were driving from a little ways away that evening. We were allowed a test drive of the car and heard noise that went away when stepping on the clutch. We told the salesman we suspected the throwout bearing was a problem and he tried to argue with us that it was nothing to worry about. Finally he got the mechanic on site. We told him what we heard and he immediately agreed it was likely the bearing. It was a fight to get them to refund the reservation for a car that needed work while the salesman tried to get us to buy the car as is.

My husband went to look at the van and we ended up deciding to purchase it. He said in his experience, the dealer should have at least taken the time to check tire pressure and fluids under the hood but they didn't even do that. They even tried to sell the van to us for what the original price was and not the price that it had dropped down to online. Unfortunately, I don't think we will ever purchase from this dealer again even if we do find a vehicle that we really like.
