Paul always does an outstanding job when I need service

Paul always does an outstanding job when I need service on my RAV4. His attitude and demeanor is always professional and his direction on what I need fixed is always presented in a caring and honest manner. I also want to recognize August for his role in my car service. Both of these men do an amazing job and they represent Toyota Service and Customer Care in an excellent fashion. My wife and I are very appreciative of them! We know where to go and who to see for our car care. Thanks gentlemen
