Saw the car online. Set up a test drive appointment. When I arrived the car was ready and Sales Consultant met me on arrival. The vehicle was very clean and exactly what was advertised. The finance manager, Ethan was very knowledgeable and professional. We couldn't come together on a trade in price. He offered to detail my car so that I can sell it privately at no charge. The car was listed as a great deal on Car Gurus. Left the Coulle Auto dealership feeling good on the purchase that I made.

It was not the easiest to communicate with them.
It was not the easiest to communicate with them. After a back and forth for almost a week, they then discovered there was a major problem in the operation of the convertible top. They really wanted me to buy as is their headache, which I refused. I requested that they keep me informed about the diagnosis and repairs, yet they just dropped the ball. I never heard if the car was repaired after sending it to the Nissan dealership. It has been a very disappointing experience dealing with them. So much for dealerships telling you they have an expert and thorough 100+ point inspection. So much for dealership and salespersons follow through.
