The Most Pathetic Honda Dealership Ever

Horrible Honda dealership. I would avoid this place at all cost. They have zero integrity and give the Honda badge a bad name. Incompetent service department that can't even explain their repair process. My car needed warranty repair and they accused me of causing the damage and charged me $100 on top of it. So I went to Wier Canyon Honda who repaired my vehicle under warranty. Spreen Honda is absolutely pathetic.

Bait and Switch

The old "bait and switch". The car shown was "in Transit". When I asked if I could buy it, I was told it actually costs $6K more with "accessories" they will put on it. I said I didn't want accessories, I wanted it at the shown price. No deal. They are really selling the car for $6K over what they show. DO NOT BUY from devious sellers.

Use any other Honda dealer but this one.

After leasing my car for 4 years with them, I decide to buy my car. This was my first car and I'm young. I had a horrible experience at this dealership! They completely took advantage of me, and charged me way more for my car then I should have paid. I owed about 9000 dollars still, but bought it for close to 20 thousand, when I asked why it was so much they said they added the warranty automatically, when she explained what it was, and where the extra money was coming from, I felt that was reasonable so I agreed and signed the papers. Later, my parents read through the paperwork to find out they added an almost 2 thousand for a security system that I never was informed about and didn't need. Now I'm stuck paying extra every month for a feature that was completely optional. If you ever decide to go here, and I highly recommend you use another dealer, PLEASE read through everything. They are a bunch of thieves and will absolutely try and cheat you out of you money. They push the paperwork at you and tell you to sign, and it all feels very rushed. They will only explain if you ask questions about every little part. I was naive and trusted them and now I'm paying for it.

No internet sales

Dealer does not perform internet sales. You have to go to dealership for auto quote. Once you see their add-ons from the dealer you’ll know why.

Horrible Service

Worst service ever today. Went in with a dead battery and was told to come back tomorrow. Seriously! Who's going to jump it tomorrow. Been going here for 14 years and this is how I'm treated. Where was the a"Helpful Honda Guy"? Went to Honda of Riverside and was treated great. I still have 2 oil changes at Corona I paid for and will probably let them lapse.

Beware of dealer add-ons over and above MSRP

cars.com, dealer website, etc. only list MSRP. You have to ask directly what the dealer add-ons and price of those add ons are. From what I'm seeing, it's approximately $3,000. I was told all the dealers add these things. Obviously, it's there way of making more money on the vehicle. My opinion is it's false advertising. I was a costco auto buying program customer so was offered a discount on those items, but they are things I definitely do not want.

Stay away absolute ripoff guys

Stay away ,dishonest and unprofessional ,be carful of what you signing absolute dishonest and true shark sales associate as well as Managment read the contracts carefully and run your numbers since they charge you extra ,more than what they say .
